Kotomine: *has to pick either Order or Chaos* *takes a third option: both*
Or more specifically, choosing one side while planting spies at the other
Does it count as cheating?
"A post per day keeps the GMs away!"Yes and FOR THAT YOU WILL SUFFER
Nah. I won't need to do that. Greed's on the portal the Assassins went through.

Ah, JSG? Don't forget Nur Aakiyah.
...I've said it before, but I'll say it again - whenever I hear Chaos I can only think of the following (as taken from a South African TV drama):
WE ARE THE KNIGHTS OF CHAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOS, AND WE RRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUULE! WHOOOOO WILL SPONSOR THIS MISERABLE CHUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRL?
They were a biker gang, and their leader was chewing the scenery like no tomorrow.

Locking you up on radar since '09@Colonial: FUUU- I'll get onto Nur Aakiyah right away!
@Strat: Oh, don't worry. They already have a plan in case if Greed discovers them.
"A post per day keeps the GMs away!"In that case YOU MUST SUFFER.
@Strat: Oh FUUU-
Btw Colonial, who's the thin man with the stretched features?
"A post per day keeps the GMs away!"Do you guys know any Play-by-Post Strategy games on this site? Feeling nostalgic for an earlier time.
They do have medals for almost, and they're called silver!^^^^^ But was it said like their mouth was full of fangs, froth or phlegm?

I've been thinking about doing a Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri RP...
There had been two games with similar concepts that appeared a while ago. And there's one about to open up about a card game.

So apparently there existed a text based RP that lasted for 12 years. How many years has the AGOG franchise accumulated across all its games?

"Your Sig is now charmingly out of date" — Vox, 7/6/2016@Strat: I gave him permission first. Order needs all the advantages it can get, and besides, they're only going into the "tutorial".
So, due to lack of sleep lately, I've been unable to focus on this for long enough today. Would you guys be satisfied with a non-Wall of Text start to a challenge? Considering my usual post rate, I'd probably have to make do with relatively short posts throughout regardless...
How much do you know about the Alien Crossfire expansion?

A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.I'd link to a video of it, but unfortunately I don't think there is one.
They were certainly hammy enough to be part of a Chaos warband, though.
Also that little snippet about the Game of Destiny in my last post reminded me that I've got to finish putting together Part 2 of the ZX challenge. Aaaaaaaaaaaagh!

Locking you up on radar since '09I bought the GOG pack, and I'm working my way up to it. Still learning all the trinkets of the main game.
Edit: Added Nur Aakiyah in my post in Eclipse
"A post per day keeps the GMs away!"Hm. Which faction do you play? I'm personally fond of the Gaians. Being able to catch worms without social engineering, giving me units requiring no upkeep, gives me that much more resources to focus on infrastructure. Build up my PSI bonuses and I can laugh in the face of superior weaponry.
A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.Gaians too, but I'm a newb! Seriously. I just recently found out you could automate formers and that forests are thing. Sure wish there was some sort of nifty guide that went in detail on everything... the "tour" the game provides you with doesn't help a lot.
Automated formers have a terrible AI. Here's a guide that never steered me wrong:
- Upon building a new base, once you've built that base's Former check the surrounding area*:
- If you have a mineral or energy resource in a non-rocky square in the base radius, put a forest and a road on it.
- Otherwise do the same on any flat square.
- Then:
- If you have a nutrient resource in the base radius, put a road and a forest on that.
- Otherwise, put a road, a farm, and a solar collector on the highest-altitude Rocky & Rolling or Rocky & Raining square in the base radius.
That gives the base a solid foundation to spring from, and then you can set your Formers to other stuff.

A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.Wasn't there a patch that fixed that? The formers' AI, that is.
Anny, I tried reading the Game FA Qs guide, but the problem is visualizing the instructions... Which is why I've been searching for a video guide, or at least one with pictures.
I have a question.
Should someone touch Guilmon's stomach, would they feel the skin of Guilmon, or the scales of an actual Lizardfolk?
edited 8th Jul '13 3:19:25 PM by LiorVal
I'm just gonna say this... Guilmon's interaction with Fluttershy and vice versa is sooooo cuuuuuute...
Very precious indeed. :D
"Your Sig is now charmingly out of date" — Vox, 7/6/2016It would be a lot cuter if Guilmon was in his actual form. I mean now he looks like this [1]◊ without weapons, armor, and with red scales.
Also, good to know I'm doing something right.
Colonial said he is doing his next post soon I think.
