Update: That last win got me to the promos to gold. Now I'm 8/3 with Twitch and on a 4-game winstreak gong into promos. I CAN FEEL THE GOLD BABY!

Currently prepping my ass for the pounding that promos always are. Because Riot actually makes it so your team's MMR is lower than your enemy's during your promotionals, because Riot thinks if you're in your promos you should be able to carry your games.

... well, that's what I think, because my teams for some reason tend to get dumber during my promos

(The Braum game did NOT happen at all. I absolutely 100% ended the season with a flawless, shush.)

I meant to look at my match history for a good match, but it looks like a minefield because I try new champs AND tried Doombots too much.

I earned my place in plat, I swear! I'm not a boosted animal!

Since I can finally play Twisted Treeline as a solo in ranked, I decided to do my offseason placements.

Went 7-3 and placed Gold IV. Won all my Garen games (6) and the odd Rumble one. Garen is actually stupidly funny as a champion.

Edit: I'm not sure if it's because of low queue pops, people still doing placements or whatever, but I just got smashed by a challenger TT player.

Matchmaking is friggin crazy there holy.

That so? I had heard his stealth now being camouflage was a big nerf.

camo is actually a huge ass buff

you have way more time camo'd to reposition yourself

the camo detection range is smaller than your aa range and you get a 30% ms boost near enemies

you also stealth nearly instantly and can stealth recall with only 1 point in q now

you don't get punished at all for getting attacked while starting up stealth too

anyone crying about camo just doesn't know how to play twitch properly

You forgot one thing in why it was a buff:

TWITCH CAN STEALTH WHILE TAKING DAMAGE NOW

that was my second to last point

Also, apparently it wasn't just me: Lucian is pretty bad now. Guess it's two weeks of saving up for Ezreal again. (Last time I impulse-bought Renekton instead.)

Huh, I'd heard the exact opposite, that he'll never completely stealth if he's taking damage. Maybe because someone is in detection range.

Either way though, even without that, the fact that it now lasts so long makes it a buff. I just thought it would be worse for escapes before.

I'm finding it hilarious that for a section named MF vs GP, GP only appears in one picture, and even that's with MF.

That was actually the name of that one picture, the other MF pictures have different names.

New champion teaser?

New champion is Lin Beifong with knife legs and killer thighs. Lore is awesome. Finally, all those champions who were left in limbo by the League retcon have canon again!

Jax's story was badass. Ekko's was a total Tear Jerker.

Did we? All the other stuff I'd seen about him focused on his gang, so I always just sort of assumed that he and his gang were street orphans.
