Gotta concur, the Frieza 1up. Frieza exploding Krillin is a distant second just because it had the perfect pause before the meter returned.

Kai Abridged. A quick rise and fall for a joke I don't find that great.

Freeza one-up was great, but an honourable mention to its recent return.

For what it's worth, it's used pretty sparingly now. The coming episodes, where Perfect Cell punts Krillin, is probably going to be the last time they use it as well bar one of the movies.

The movies don't use count, even when Kuririn gets regularly owned.

That's right. I was thinking they used the counter when Gohan peed on Krillin.

But yeah, other than Cell punting Krillin the only other thing I can think of that would warrant the counter is Buu turning him into chocolate.

But I dunno, I get the feeling this running gag is going to get retired here just like the Kaioken gag ended with the Frieza fight.

I really hope they just permanently set it at -1 when Krillin ends up with 18.

The Krillin Owned count will retire alongside Krillin. He doesn't do anything worth having the count come back for the longer the series goes on.

Remember that people insulting him also clocks up owned counts, so it could still be kept even when they don't have canon events to count.

I'd like as little refernces to 18 being his prize as possible, even if it's accurate.

Yeah, that rubs me the wrong way. Plus, even without that I still don't like the idea.

I'm thinking Krillin will do something completely badass and get all those points deleted. And then it'll get destroyed outright when Cell punts him.

They're just editing existing footage, they can't make him do something bad ass that never happened. Well, they could change some events or something but I can't see what they detail in the story they could change for something like that.

I don't see it as a prize thing. It's dehumanizing.

I just don't like the KOC. One of its worst uses in my mind was when it went up when people didn't laugh at his bad joke.

Yes, it is dehumanzing. And it's still the entire reason 18 exists.

The less that plays into that the better.

I dunno, maybe a sarcastic put-down on Vegeta or Cell, or a reason you suck speech on everyone? Something like that.

Well I didn't like it when they did it like that but I think it's a creative way of making fun of Krillin, something that was as inevitable as making fun of Yamcha.

Speaking of, I find it a bit annoying how some people seem to think that making fun of Yamcha somehow makes Krillin look better. I actually removed something like that from the Crowning Moment Of Awesome page about someone saying Krillin made Gero owning him pointless. Krillin getting owned usually didn't have any lasting repercussions after the fact, that didn't mean it didn't happen.
