Well, is anybody actually doing anything?

Or is this off?

Hour and a half later, looks like it's off. Ah well. I'll leave Steam idling for awhile, just in case.

@Chaotic Neutral: Yay!

@Thread: I just noticed that I was invited to chat on Steam by GG Crono. Fuck. I can't believe I missed it. Looks like it didn't happen anyway, though.

So, should we start planning next week's game? Also, could we do one tomorrow to make up for the missed game today? Considering that Monday is a weekday, probably not. Still, if enough people have free time tomorrow evening, I don't see a reason we shouldn't do it.

I might be available today, but only for the (morning?) Since I'll probably have to go to bed at Ten GMT tonight.

Not really, no. If you want to play TF 2, you should really play it on the PC. Here's a link to get you started.

I'd recommend the Orange Box, since you get the others with it at not much of an extra charge. Also, you'd need a good PC...

Can people on consoles interact with PC players? I was never sure about that.

No, they can't.

Also, you don't really need a good PC. You'll have to turn the settings down, but it's still playable. The system requirements are at the bottom of the TF 2 store page.

That's right:

I have probably the worst computer specs you can have and still call it a "gaming pc". Heck, my motherboard still has a goddamn AGP slot.

^Mine too, and I can play TF 2 at full res.

Anyway, this year i'm building myself a new rig. This one is over 3 years old.

So, we're playing tomorrow night? Pleez?

I can maybe possibly attend whenever. Just post in this very thread, and I might be there to save the day in the blink of an eye, perhaps.

I've made a group on Steam for all you guys.

This should make organizing these matches a whole lot easier.

You may want to know that right now my connection is throttled probably to the point that trying to play on a server based in a Australia would be to explore new frontiers of cripplingly-laggy gameplay, to say nothing of one in the US. I'll see what I can do, but it probably won't be a pretty picture.

So, have we decided on an IP?

Edit: Aekx says we should use the IP from last time. If you haven't joined the group yet, it's this.

So these are on the weekends right?

I'd like to join. I'm new to online multiplayer in general, so I'm trying to find the right game and experience to get my feet wet. This might be what I'm looking for. Anyways, I'm going to join the tropermatch group. My username over there is arkiandruski.

Say, I'm interested in starting Dystopia games. Look it up on Steam and see if you like it. If we get enough people, I can schedule something. Say, a day away from the TF2 match?
