Mail.ru is particularly infamous for heavy P 2 W second only to China, and bad support. The fact they are the sole distributor for most MMO's and are believed to outright buy "The Runet Award" for their games (Wargaming went 'fuck this shit' after tying for 1st place in 2011 and a truckload of drama with vote manipulation accusations and stuff) doesn't help.
Once I got 2 hours worth of lulz and a kick from Team Speak when 3 of my buddies tried to register into and play Archeage.

Mail.ru is only responsible for the Eastern European version of AW. Much like how World of Tanks China is not actually under Wargaming. That's why you get gold plated tanks there.

Odd... so far they're proving to be more generous than Wargaming with the economy in Armored Warfare. No restrictions on the garage slots for one thing, and the prices for gold and premium items is usually cheaper than what you'd get out of Wo T.
This article from Armored Talk talks about how cheaper the Founder's Pack and gold in general is in comparison to WoT's prices (well, at least in the U.S. and EU).
It's a few months old, but the values haven't changed so far.
Did gold really go up in Wo T? Before they started measuring the prices in national currency this summer, gold was 2500 for $10

Well they just faked me out. I thought they went full pay to win with this "M4 improved" they released. It's a faster, more agile sherman with more health and a higher rate of fire...but it's gun has about 25% less penn. 92 mm with standard ammo.

Compared to Sherman III, it is an improvement. Unless it has less accuracy than SIII's 75mm.

Unfortunately at full price they sell for 1500 
Upside is if you need to sell them there's no lost credits
I just do it because I use them very often in battle, so any I buy at half price saves me 1500 credits down the road

Buys the IS-3 in hopes of getting an IS-7. Winds up with an lemon that only rapes tier 8s and can't keep up with his team. Gets called an idiot for sniping in it like any sane person. Currently believes that the tank is shit because his is too slow/wimpy to do anything useful. About to be banned from Wo T Labs for admitting that he still snipes in heavy tanks instead of brawling.

Takes a tank that is the fastest and most inaccurate T8 heavy not counting 50-100, then whines about it being too slow and camps with it =\
I'd totally try out Armored Warfare... if I didn't own a seven-year-old toaster with Windows XP.
