I haven't listened to it yet, I'm still on "This Must Be The Work Of An Enemy Stand", and I'm too busy trying to get through my Youtube Watch Later list to listen to it aside from in the car.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Pat is a magnificent, scheming bastard.
I have a message from another time...A PSA for everyone that's been watching the Life is Strange LP: there's an asshole on YT spoiling the ending of Episode 4 in multiple unrelated SBF videos.
You might want to steer clear from the comments for some time.
So I listened to another hour of the podcast while I was driving today. I swear I almost crashed my car during the pants-shitting Stand conversation because I was laughing so hard XD
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Belina Te: "My father didn't say exactly where it [the SpellStone] was, but he knew that General Scales had hidden it somewhere close. Look carefully, I'm sure you and your little friend can find it before they do."
If I'm understanding this correctly then General Scales hid the SpellStone from his own subordinates who are now looking for it. The hell?
In fact, what is Scales' goal here? I know he wants to conquer Sauria, but how does ripping the planet apart help that? Actually, how did the planet get torn apart? The SpellStones were kept in the Force Point Temples right? And removing them caused the planet to tear apart, right? So what does Scales gain from tearing the planet apart? And how did the SpellStones get onto the parts of the planet floating in space? And why does Scales even care about the SpellStones anymore? Why is he trying to collect them if he already had them?

I think it was all under orders from the "Krazoa God" and he was seeking some sort of power from the team up. But then why would he keep his sharpclawrs in the dark?
But I can't remember. It's been years.
I have a message from another time...Oh hey, a new intro for their Friday night brawl thingie. Uh, guys, I think I may be suffering from Testosterone Poisoning from watching that. Also, why is it called Rustlemania 2: SuperBrawl Saturday III? What happened to SuperBrawls I and II?

Fuckin' Liam. Can't stop laughing at Ted Diabeetus.
Lafayette StrongHey, Galdon, the first Giant Space Flea from Nowhere in Star Fox Adventures, but not the last. The fourth boss, Drakor, was also one. But in the original Dinosaur Planet Drakor was going to be The Man Behind the Man to General Scales. I've actually seen a source that tries to say Drakor was made in Scales' sinister genetics lab. They also show the Sharpclaw to have a spaceship and a bunch of jetbikes, but for 98% of the game they appear to only be at the iron age of development at best. All three of these problems can be solved at once fairly easily. Have Drakor be an agent working to revive Andross from the dead, he teamed up with Scales and gives him advanced tech. Scales wants to conquer Sauria, but all Drakor wants is to get the Krazoa to bring back Andross. Drakor still gets to be the guy secretly in charge, you explain the advanced tech and Galdon, and Andross still gets to be the final boss, but this time his appearance is set-up before hand instead of him just appearing out of nowhere.

Yeah, seriously. Even last night I expected it to be Rustled.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.They didn't mention the series, but their SHMUP talk in the recent Star Fox vid makes me want to play some Touhou again.
I have a message from another time...Maybe they've been through most of the "Unrustled" games and now everything will start going downhill xD
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.I have a few questions about the intros and stuff. Why is it called SuperBrawl Saturday III? What happened to I and II? What game did they take all those clips from to use in the intros? Why do the gorillas/guys in gorilla costumes get so much screentime? Is there an in-joke I'm missing? And can someone link me to a video of that Wrestlemania chant the start and end every episode with?

I was not prepared for yesterday's Life is Strange.
I have a message from another time...the gorillas are probably a reference to the "rustled jimmies" gorilla, after which Rustlemania was named. also, each of the original Rustlemaia intros ended with the Matt, Pat, and Woolie characters' heads replaced with that of the aforementioned gorilla.
i too would like to see that game they used for the Rustlemania 2: Superbrawl Saturday III intros.

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.I think it's WWE 12
My various fanfics. So there are these two Force Point Temples, two places built on top of the areas where this magical energy that will tear apart the planet is strongest. Except after going through each Force Point Temple you get taken to a single room where all four SpellStones are kept, thus meaning there's no reason to have two temples since they both go to the same place. Watch when they finish the Ocean Force Point Temple, it will take them to the same room and they'll place the second SpellStone right next to the first one.
But yeah, Life Is Strange was wack. That choice you made was intense. But like most choose your own adventure games out nowadays it doesn't impact the game long-term. Remember Walking Dead season 1 and how you got to choose which of two characters lived at the end of episode 1? Well the one who did live was absent for most of episode 2, then they had to die halfway through episode 3. A lot of these games give the illusion of choice, but the decisions you make don't really alter the story all that much.

Well, yeah, Max was going to bail from that timeline no matter what. And these games often sub in the illusion of choice for actual choice (not that that's bad when it's not completely obvious). But... damn. Meaningful choice or not, that whole sequence is no less a brass-knuckled punch to the gut.
And my mind keeps going back to the selfie Max took at the start of episode 1. I can think of a few ways that might come back, all of them awful.

I have a message from another time...I'm so mad I don't have my pc to play this episode, I want to watch the playthrough, but I want to experience it myself first.
Have they finished episode 4?
Not yet. I'd say they're... 1/3 to 1/2 of the way through it.
That's just a rough estimate, as I haven't played the game myself, to know how long the episode is.
I have a message from another time...Okay. Is there any way to select a time stamp for the podcast on the site? I quit partway through, and I want to return to where I was.
I have a message from another time...
Pat's DBZ fanfiction tangent in the most recent podcast was hilarious.
Looking to upgrade to park bench.
