@Ghilz: When I say the updated G1 figures I meant the pre-existing combiners.

I would be more willing to put up with Sky Lynx's not being a lynx (mold concessions have to be made) if not for how poor his mold is.

And I purchased that MP Soundwave and I'm getting him tomorrow. Fingers crossed that the QC is good. I got it from Big Bad though, so I should be able to return it.

@UW!Bruticus: I had similar problems with Blast Off and Vortex (especially the legs issue). I'm just hoping Takara fix these issues with their release of Baldigus/Ruination later this year.

Rick Gautier just passed away. He was Rodimus's voice in Season 3.

Got Mentarazor/Not!Seawing the other day and it came with the 2nd foot so I was able to combine it (Well, 4/5 of it anyway)◊.

Overall, the combiner feels sturdy. Much sturdier than Hades/Not!Liokaiser. The only thing that sucks is that it'll take both arms to use the Targetmaster weapon (As the ratchets aren't strong enough in a single arm). And the next part seems to be ready to be out next month so we might just see it fully armed by then.

Power/Godmaster update for Carnifex.

Anybody got the figure? Can you pitch it to me?

He's big, chunky, IDW-esque. If you own any MMC figures (Especially the reformated line), you know the quality of MMC figures, the pictures tell you what you get. Solid construction. Cool figure.

I don't really have an attachment to Masterforce, so the upgrade kit doesn't really call to me. If I could get the turrets alone for the base mode, I would.

Hm... I am very happy with my Commotus for sure. 220 is a pretty steep price for him on Ebay, even though I can probably knock off 50 with a gift card.

Gonna have to sell my Hearts of Steel Thundercracker then. Neat figure aesthetically, but he feels really fragile.

Any QC issues on Carnifex?

Well, I finally got my MP Soundwave. Damn is he good. A damn solid Soundwave with some great effects and paint. Granted the cassette feature is awkward, and Ravage is as well, but Laserbeak, Buzzsaw, Rumble, and Frenzy are all great at MP.

I'm leaving the birds' fins un-transformed because of all the breakage. A shame, but well, no broken toy.

I'm having trouble getting the chrome gun nozel to come out of the battery gun. It's just in so tight. I can pull it out but I'm afraid of chipping it. Any suggestions?

Also, when he's in tape deck mode, the folded in ankle connections to the legs look strained. Is that universal?

No on the ankle and gun.

Also, be careful as fuck with Ravage's toes, they are also finicky and the rod linking them has some history of breaking.

Also, maybe this will be an attempt to shake up the status quo of the TF books by showing a new leader. Problem is that the Status Quo is shaken up every few months.

So if this affects IDW, how does Shockwave and Thunderwing being dead currently factor into their candidacy?

Even now, Vladimir Putin's intelligence agencies are mobilizing to manipulate the vote.

While denying that Deathsaurus ever slept with prostitutes in a Russian hotel.

And allowing Deathsaurus to diss CNN representatives while doing a live event on their own channel.

Real talk though, how would Cybertron, as it is in IDW, respond to the arrival of Deathsaurus?

Russia will only release info on how Shockwave was actually a bourgeois senator all along! And somehow we'll blow this up into voter tampering. Tragically Sentinel will still win

@Joe: Probably with a meh. Deathsaurus himself isn't a big name. They'd react more strongly to a Warworld than to him.

@Maple: Is Thunderwing dead though? Furman said that Sixshot and Thunderwing were executed, but Sixshot showed up fine.

Well, as far as I know as of this writing, he hasn't been shown as alive, I'm saying he's dead until shown otherwise.

Then again, knowing comic books, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm proven wrong the next issue of any TF book IDW puts out.

I kinda wish he was in the Revolution issue and it wasn't a fake out.

To this day, now that Metroplex has regained prominence, I'm still waiting for Sixshot to appear in TAAO to get revenge on Metroplex.

A "Meh"? Really? I thought it'd lead to a "Mass "Oh, Crap!"" considering he still has a legion of Cons at his side and his name alone should warrant a soiling in someone's pants if you catch my drift.
