Can Shelly De Killer be considered a Type I Anti-Villain?

That's the Noble Demon Type, by the way.

I do not think so, as he is more Blue-and-Orange Morality. He is professional and polite, but he has zero qualms against Kidnapping Maya, Shooting Fransiska, and Murderering Juan.

His little code of ethics is very...simple and really just about preservation. He is just Faux Affably Evil in the end..

However, he didn't gain anything from helping Edgeworth solve the Turnabout Target murder; it was just out of respect for the victim breaking De Killer's arm in a fight.

In Justice for all, why does Phoenix suddenly hate Edgeworth?

Because initially he thought Edgeworth had committed suicide out of pride, essentially wasting his new lease on life. Phoenix was also likely frustrated that the past several years of work becoming a lawyer to meet him in court to save him had gone to waste.

I've been meaning to ask, why is maya the damsel in distress so often?

So often? I only recall three instances, and two were the result of her aunt trying to get her out of the way so that Pearl could take over the clan.

There's also when she was kidnapped, accused of witchcraft, accused of murdering her sister...

In the fourth case of justice for all, why doesn't the judge give a not guilty verdict when Andrews confesses to forging evidence? especially when all that evidence is the bulk of the prosecution's case against Enguarde?!

But De Killer left his calling card on the scene! Meaning he's the killer! Even Edgeworth, the prosecutor, knows this! why would he go out of his way to convct someone he doesnt know is the killer? And why would Wright be so dumb as to not let the police find and rescue Maya? Thats really dumb! Edgeworth even offers to help but Pheonix flat out refuses it!

They consider the person who hired the assassin to be just as guilty. And Wright may have been afraid of DeKiller killing Maya if he was found to be openly helping the police find him.

So, I just finished Reunion and Turnabout (second case of Justice for All) and wow, Franziska was a lot more competent than I remembered. The culprit's plan and build up was also great, though that testimony about the European car definitely would've been missed by me had I not remembered it from the first time I played the game.

There were a few things about that bothered me, though. Namely why no one asks why Franziska thinks the case is justifiable self-defense and the defense should change their plea to it given that everyone thought it was a straightforward murder. That and it's never explained why Turner Gray brought a gun with him to the channeling.

A few things that stood out to me were Morgan apparently holding no love for Maya at all (something I'd forgotten), Franziska alluding to the fact that she knew Pearl was channeling Mia, and Director Hotti having a reaction to every female profile you present to him aside from Morgan and Lotta.

Also, there needs to be a Gumshoe game where the health bar is your salary.

Now, onto the worst Justice for All case which has Moe the Clown and literally the Ventriloquist from Batman.

I'm so, so sorry for you. That case is the reason I will never ever let go of my old cartridge with everything cleared so I can skip it every time I play again.

I actually like Moe. Its Regina, Trilo/Ben, and Max Galactica that are all lame to me.

I barely remember the rest of them. I just remember Moe being annoying (aside from the part where he spouts the lyrics to the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air).

That being said, now that I go through this trial again, Regina is very... weird. Her art doesn't even look like it fits in the game.
