Sounds good to me
Fictitious entities are like Pringles. Once you pop, you can't stop. Two is probably quite enough, though. You don't want your story's waistline expanding.
How super are the super-soldiers? Regular soldiers can be pretty super in and of themselves, and for most purposes, most special-ops groups could replace super-soldiers in most stories.
The super soldiers are actually quite powerful in that they can barrel through walls, toss heavy cars, and generally kick ass. However, there's only a few of them around so the company is mostly using its Elite Mooks for security purposes as they employ tactics, strategies, and equipment that make them very formidable to any civilian force. The one super soldier that does get zombified was a terror to behold as it had no loyalties to anyone.

I've got this fictitious company known as the Lancer Chemical Corporation that specializes in bio-weaponry but I'm not sure if it would add anything to my Zombie Apocalypse story as they weren't the ones who started it. The company itself invests in its Super-Soldier program while the zombie uprising is Mother Nature giving humanity the finger. They could balance each other quite well, but I'm not sure if two fictitious entities is the right way to go. Thoughts?
