The Storyteller: FALLOUT S3 E12 - The Master (Fallout 1 Ending)
The plot thickens. (And I never would've taken our Ranger companion for a dog lover.)

#IceBearForPresidentWell that just proves how little respect the Story Teller and Junior have for the NCR and their third member. "What I'm about to tell you is classified. If you tell anyone, I will hunt you down myself."
"At first I wanted to see what stupid mistake the NCR was trying to cover up. Now I think this little adventure of ours will make a good story." Said story would directly involve telling them he beat the shit out of [REDACTED]. Junior was interested in the free beer he'd get for telling it in bars. Not a word about it being classified.
Gotta say, that is one interesting way to include a player character without creating any contradictions to canon.
#IceBearForPresidentIt's a sandbox RPG with a story. Other than the basics of the story itself, everything else is up in the air. It's best to work in rumors.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Oh yay! Another Fido unit! Means another voice actor put to work. I like this.
Am I the only one who thinks Ranger Combat Armor looks a lot better on female models? I dunno why, maybe it' how small it is compared to most armors.
Can anyone explain save-bloating to me, how to prevent it, etc?
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!There's no real way to avoid it, as far as I know.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."What is it exactly?
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I have little idea of what the technical issues actually are, so take this with a grain of salt, but I think what basically happens is that New Vegas (or Gamebryo in general) has to save so much stuff. Where NP Cs are, where items are in containers, where items are in the world, scripts that should be running, quests, etc, that it all just kinda adds up after a while and makes it very hard for the engine to remember and load everything in the save efficiently.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Oh. That sucks. And no way to really get around it.
I'd read that you should save in different spots, instead of saving over the same file over and over.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Yeah, that helps a little.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Save bloat is mostly a Skyrim problem due the Papyrus scripting engine, which FNV does not have. But I assume that ther are other problems in Gamebryo other games that can lead to bloat due how poor the engine is.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite. And now we know exactly who Junior is.
He's Melchior's kid.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Man, someone should really make The Storyteller a page here. I was quite surprised he doesn't have one already.
I've been thinking the same actually.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Holy crap, there's an actual Storyteller mod allowing you to have him as an companion in New Vegas!
EDIT: I tried, but I can't figure out how to put youtube videos in comments (and I have read Markup Help), so uhm, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pe9zIeR2-zg

Anyone else thinks the stories being told have gone down in quality?
#IceBearForPresidentI do. I notice the Skyrim and the Fallout ones have fell quite a lot in quality since I started watching them.
