So I've recently been thinking that it's almost a shame Bleach will likely remain No Hugging, No Kissing, as I think Kubo would probably be the best romance writer of the Big Three authors. I mean granted it'd be hard to be worse than Kishimoto but still, it's a feeling I have.

However I like his slice of life stuff and Everything But The Rain so I would like some main focus romance. But currently all the potential relationships being teased are completely one-sided so I don't know if it would work out if he tried to continue with any of them.

I think he probably could have done some decent romances if he wanted to earlier in the game, but at this point, like Saiga said most things seem really one-sided.
Anything that would be an end result would probably just have your typical manga feel of "The story is over, these characters are together because why not".
