And then Bach explodes from within from the light of the Soul King's power being released.

But that itself is all part of Yhwach's plan to reunite with Yhwach to become the complete Yhwach and have 13 other Yhwachs and trying to make Ichigo into the 13th Yhwach while he's sleeping.

Well I mean Kubo said we'd get more enemies, right?

Ywach still has backup? Who the fuck's still working for him at this point?

Well the Zero Squad disappeared and I'm betting they are on his side as the new Soul King.

He's got Grunts. Possibly more Arrancars made into Quincy Henchmen even if he's a Bad Boss who kills them if they do anything in front of him.

And maybe more Soul King parts.

Doesn't he still have the zombie army?

Zombies are on the Soul Reapers side.

Well they would be if Mayuri wasn't out of commission.

I'd be thinking we'll probably see the Zero Squad show up as the last enemies before Bach.

Is the theory that he might be planning to resurrect all the fallen Stenritter ala the judo-christian god/biblical motif still a viable one?

• Another fight has been greenlit. Haschwalth. Uryu. Who shall maintain the balance?
• Chad stays behind to take down golems. Ganju comes in to assist. They should be fine with their power fists and sand magic.
• So Orihime and Ichigo are on their way to meet the boss, unless something happens. If something happens, maybe Nel will appear out of nowhere, too. Wishful thinking.

Though it's obviously not going to play out that way I give them props for actually approaching the angle of taking Yhwach out while he's asleep and basically powerless. Knowing Ichigo, that doesn't seem like something he'd go for so that no fuss was made is nice.

Though even in "sleep mode" he beat Giselle and Liltotto without taking a single hit, remember.

But he woke up so I'd assume his power returned to him for that very brief skirmish. If they're still right there Orihime's probably going to heal them.

He hadn't gone to sleep yet since Jugram points out Bazz B is trying to take him out right before hand.

It's only after Yhwach defeats them and sits down that we see the Almighty transfer to Haschwalth. The question is whether or not Yhwach is genuinely vulnerable when he's asleep. It's certainly been set up for a long time to make it appear that way, but the twist could be that the transfer of power leaves behind a being that's potentially out of control - meaning, if attacked in that state, all hell could break loose.

Yhwach obviously has no choice in needing to do the power transfer every night, so the question is why. He obviously also needs someone to transfer it to, so he clearly needs Haschwalth quite badly for some reason. It could be that Yhwach quite simply cannot be killed so long as Haschwalth lives.

At the moment, while Haschwalth has been given the Almighty, he does not appear to have been given the Soul King power that Yhwach has absorbed, so even if Yhwach doesn't have the Almighty right now, he still has Mimihagi's portion of the Soul King's power. That doesn't exactly make him vulnerable.

So, what do you think the chances of the anime coming back after the series ends are? Because I doubt it's going to happen while it's still ongoing.

I'd rather get a game where you can play as all the Quincies.

Chapter out.

This was a fun chap.Though it held a certain vibe of....desperation from Kubo?

Mostly on the War Potential side.Urahara and Ichibei feel like last second additions.Sensible ones,but not very "originally intended" ones.

Secondly,seems like Askin's reiatsu immunity went the way of the dodo?Not very sure on that though.

On the plus side,ass,dead Yuushirou,ass,Urahara,ass,Askin,ass,Yoruichi,ass,and naked Yoruichi.

chapter took a bit of googling to find but it was cool.

I think we called that Urahara (or Soifon) would join the Yoruichi fight. Fun stuff.
