You know Ginjo had power sharing abilities and the last Quincy purge by Soul Society was likely 200 years ago, and the big deal about the first Substitute Soul Reapers.
Also doubt that Bazz B is dead, because characters have suffered worse and lived.

I actually do feel bad for Bazz B surprisingly, but he did let his ego go to his head so it's his own fault that things turned out like this. Should have treated Jugo better.

This could also explain why Aizen seems to still be strong despite losing his ultimate forms and his sword completely disappearing after Ichigo used Mugetsu. All that he was suggested to have left was just the Immortality, but Ichigo could have accidentally given him some of his power since he sympathized with him at the end.

Watch the second Grimmjow stops being tsundere for Ichigo, and just admits his feelings, he gets powered up.
I'd laugh if Ichigo boosted all his rivals: Ikkaku, Zaraki, Byakuya, and Ulqiorra. Especially if Ulqiorra's Segunda Etapa was ridiculously weak, and he was surprised by how well he did, only his dumb emo-clown face didn't show emotion well.

Ichigo powersharing was the original reason given for Chad and Orihime's powers awakening, it wouldn't surprise me if Urahara knew about this.
I don't think Ichigo's ability would work quickly enough to power up his short term rivals.
