Pepe will die in the next three chapters.

If Byakuya can one-shot three Sternritter off-panel, I don't see how Pepe will even be able to scratch him.

Komamura is also rather old.

Due to his anthro appearance it's hard to guess how old he would 'look', but he looked rather similar to how he looks in the present back when he first met Tosen. That was before the latter even became a Shinigami (but some time after his friend died). That seems quite some time before TBTP, where Tosen was a 5th Seat.

It should be noted that even some captains aren't old compared to their peers, in the grand scheme of things, most of them could still be considered pretty old for Soul Reapers.

The age gap between Yamamoto and Unohana was considerable, the gap between Unohana and Kenpachi was considerable, we can infer the gap between Kenpachi and Shunsui/Ukitake is considerable due to how old they were in the flashbacks when we saw them as children, and so on.

Apparent age gap. Unohana has been a captain since Yamamoto actually looked middle aged, hasn't she? She doesn't really look any different. Kenpachi is at least old enough to have been a kid when she was still the captain of squad 11, but we don't know when that was.

i'd argue that Byakun is more well rounded,but that's useless vs Kenpachi.

Shunsui didn't even seem to have been around when the Yamamoto was his old ruthless self and Unohana was captain of squad 11 so, I figure there is a bit of distance.

It gets hard to estimate by how much considering the weird ways they all age, though.

Either Soul Society has REALLY good anti-aging cream or bathing in blood really does make her younger

I figure that in Soul Society you only age until you don't feel like aging anymore.

My guess is that the B is 'the Balance'.

I thought he just said it wouldn't be in Soul Society or the Human World. So, yeah, Silbern is the most likely place, though it could also be in the Royal Realm.

Wouldn't Byakuya be turned into a groupie just like Meninas and Shuhei the moment Pepe beams him? Hmmm... I suppose it wouldn't work because of his unshakable bond with- wait, that only applies if his memories are being screwed with.

And now that I think about it, Jidanbo attacked the 12th squad because he wanted to please Pepe, Rin stabbed Hiyosu because it was all for Pepe! Such a lovely revelation...

Well, they didn't really say his name, but they were being controlled by something, and Pepe's laugh was heard...

Also, Pepe's love power should totally bag him his own TV show. Yes, it would be called "Pepe of Love", like those "X of Love" shows. Ugh. UUUGGGHHHH.

@Arha It's true that we haven't really see him do much, but he's said to be as strong as Kyoraku by Yamamoto and that they make a great team. Also, plot aids can only be contracted by strong people.

Hisana or whatever had plot aids too. She even got tragic heroine cancer on top of that.

Anyway, I don't think it's fair to consider him among the best when the only time he fought he only sorta held his ground because of an affinity advantage and then got oneshotted.

Where is Mashiro in all of this, her captains dead, the guy she shares her position with has basically been captured by the enemy and she is no where to be seen.
