[up] I'm honestly not sure.

Not for the grounds, those are patently ridiculous, but you're an Australian so I don't know how that would work from a legal standpoint.

[up][up][up] Nope, it's official. From the SS Arc I believe.

[up] I will check with my Company Law teacher and get back to you on that.

And by get back to you, I mean you'll either get a notice of a lawsuit being filed against you in the mail or you won't.

There are only so many addresses in Atlanta, Bear.

It will certainly be an interesting conversation.

"I want to file suit against a person in Atlanta."

"Can you be any more specific?"

Hey, there's gotta be only 60 or so bears in Atlanta with IP addresses. It shouldn't take forever.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm, Matsumoto.

I remember the middle two. I don't remember missing a chance to ogle Yoruichi and Orihime in the last one. Also Chad looks like a baller... so to speak... in both. Even Renji looks kinda cool in the third one. I need Kubo to design half my wardrobe...

Oh, by the way, it's not about having touched the blade at all, it's about currently touching the blade. Same way Tosen's worked.

By the way, since when was it said that touching the blade of Aizen's shikai gives you permanent immunity to it? I mean, Aizen kinda stabbed some people. That counts as touching it right?

Except Wander already said that apparently.

[up] Key thing here is "before its activation". If you're already affected, being stabbed won't change a thing.

If you haven't activated it, it doesn't matter if it's touched or not.

[up] No, but touching it before its activation will prevent you from being affected when it does.

As long as you are still touching it, of course. At least, that the impression that Gin's words gave me. And Yamamoto did prove that there is a tiny flaw in Complete Hypnosis: If you get stabbed non-fatally, you can tell whether the Kyouka Suigetsu that stabbed you is real or illusory by its Reiatsu.

Yeah, but it's possible you need to be a Yamamoto-tier fighter to exploit that.

Maybe, maybe not. Truth be told, Kubo never elaborated on Kyouka Suigetsu's limitations even after Aizen's defeat, so I get the feeling that we haven't seen the last of that zanpakutou.

[up] I'd take the lack of elaboration as a sign that Kubo wanted to write the thing out of existence as quickly as possible.

I agree with Wander for the Wander v Saiga debate. Wonda 2012.

I can't in good conscience agree with anyone who thinks Shinji is top tier.

Shinji is a Captain, Vizard and has a pretty good Shikai effect. If not for plotness, he'd be a damn good fighter.

Honestly, I still don't like him because his teeth freak me out.

His pseudo crushing on Orihime while Really 700 Years Old doesn't help.

It's the same weakness that's exploited by both Gin and Yamamoto, and basically the same weakness that Tosen's sword had: it it's touching you, it's not using its effect on you, basically.

Really don't get the Shinji hate. So he did some stupid stuff by gloating at Aizen. He was mightily pissed at the guy for ruining the Visored's lives, and enjoyed the idea of messing with Sosuke "Just According To Keikaku" Aizen. He got his ass whipped for it - but even then, he didn't let slip that he could select the level of reversal he could inflict on people, meaning it can be far less obvious and therefore truly lethal. On any fighter other than Aizen, it would have worked. Hitsugaya, with his "I came to do violence on to you!!" was far more reckless and he doesn't get crap for that. (Though in all fairness, Captain Jobber gets crap for everything else he does, but still...) And as for his quirks and weird humour... Well, I like it. Makes for an unusual, slightly creepy (that Hush cover...) but still heroic character.

Change, my dear, and not a moment too soon.
