That just makes the fact that there isn't a chair yet even more ridiculous.
Hush with the logic! / Really, how long would it take to copy the sitting part of the boat's code and apply it to a chair?
I'm baaaaaaackIt'd have to be, like, a lawnchair.
Mostly does better things now. Key word mostly. Writes things, but you'll never find them. Or you can ask. It's too bad that food keeps healing you. Sitting would have been a good way to heal over time. It works in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
I tend to believe that that's where thry stole hearts from.
Keep in mind, Steve? is a man who can punch down trees, carry thousands of tons of solid stone or gold, able to heal from the brink of death by eating a steak. He doesn't need your puny hu-man chairs—he could build a throne the size of a mountain for his amusement and live in the arm rest with his livestock and pets, scheming bis next monument to his bored glory.
But can he sit on it?
Aha! See? Exactly! Checkmate, Rotpar!
H.B. WardTIL you can use a hoe to turn coarse dirt back into regular dirt.
...But if you have 2 blocks of gravel, it only takes 2 blocks of dirt to make 4 blocks of coarse dirt, which is double the amount of dirt blocks you started with.
Then you can turn all four blocks of coarse dirt back into regular dirt.
So if you have a vast supply of gravel and a small supply of dirt, and enough hoes to keep your grind going...
...Do you have any idea what this means?
H.B. WardI have the opposite problem. WAAAAY too much dirt from terraforming projects. I filled up a double-chest with full stacks of dirt and had to build another chest.
I... don't like to waste nonrenewable resources, even if they're so abundant.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Use it to make an artificial island? Or perhaps a skyland?
Mostly does better things now. Key word mostly. Writes things, but you'll never find them. Or you can ask.make a dirt house
Bumbleby is best ship. busy spending time on r/RWBY and r/anime. Unapologetic SocialistActually, I'm hoping to make a house entirely out of melons.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! You guys do realize that I discovered how to farm infinte dirt, right? If you never run out of gravel, you can duplicate dirt FOREVER.
H.B. WardHate to burst your bubble, but you found a way to convert gravel into dirt if I'm understanding you right. 2 gravel + 2 dirt = 4 coarse dirt yes? You're still losing the gravel, and I'm about 85% sure that gravel's actually less common than dirt.
Useful if you have excess gravel, but not infinite.

I'm baaaaaaackThe exploit works if you have unlimited or excess gravel. Ever played a CTM or other difficult survival map where you don't have enough farmland?
And still, even if that doesn't prove necessary, there's bound to be renewable gravel some day in the future, right?
At any rate, I'm going to make a challenge map that takes advantage of this discovery and contains a bunch of gravel spawners.
H.B. WardI made a command block contraption that makes gravel renewable, I may even import it into my survival world just for fun.
Basically if an anvil lands on cobblestone after falling far enough, the cobblestone breaks into gravel.
A few other blocks have similar reactions, such as stone bricks becoming cracked stone bricks.

resisting urge to Too-Many-Items a stack of Eyes of Ender into the world to avoid having to scrounge for Endermen in tunnels
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!I've made something of a Game in a Box. It's only 5 meters across in each direction, and all it does is turn on UHC mode and get rid of itself, but I'm very much fond of not having to edit the world's NBT data when starting a new Ultra Hardcore world. The only downside of it is that the redstone dust gets dropped after the mechanism is activated, so that would be a pretty easy way to... cheat in a very small amount of redstone dust, or something?
If there's anybody interested in that idea, I'll try to fix it or just make an entirely new game in a box that does the same thing plus more features.
H.B. WardWoot, finally got some name tags, building my zoo. Have the trickiest one—creeper—already caught and in place.
Just be careful with Endermen. Can you even successfully imprison them, or will they just telepork out?
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Oh dear, telepork. It's the ultimate in annoying passive creatures.
H.B. WardI assume they can't be caught.
It's easy enough to test in Creative Mode. I don't think they go nuts with their teleporting unless they're in direct sunlight, so as long as you have a ceiling over them they might stay in the pen.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Personally, I don't believe that there is any real way to keep Endermen captive. I was almost about to say that water could do the trick, but that only makes their teleporting worse.. and you can look at them through glass and they won't become hostile, but once again, I don't believe than will make much a difference towards their escape. I'll assume you all knew that however, as my knowledge with this kind of stuff is never perfect. if there is anyway to do such a thing, perhaps I should search for a way to do so myself.
But, one thing I wanted to bring up was the use of mods! Are there any specific mods you guys use or any ones that are your favorites, if any? Hopefully, this topic hasn't been brought up too many times.
