The only enemy Stand users I really like are Hol Horse, Death 13, the Oingo Boingo brothers, and DIO himself.

Admittedly the animal Stand users were really cool though.

Everyone else is just boooooring though.

Yeah, Flare's my least favorite evil team from Pokemon, too. They're pretty bland.

@Bacon: Well, when you can't pose constantly or have a monologue (as is the case of Pet Shop, Forever and Bug-Eaten), the only choice you have is to get straight to the point. As for everyone else, I politely disagree.

No no, the animal Stand users are cool. Iggy especially was a decent character.

But those are exceptions in a storm of shit politely referred to as Stardust Crusaders.

If you were writing Stardust Crusaders, what would you change in it?

I'd probably give the characters personality for one. Polnareff and Old Joseph were the only two likeable Crusaders in my opinion. I'd also make the Stands way less ass-pully.

Pretty much all the problems I have with Part 3 are addressed in Part 4, so it's fine. I just really hate how Part 3 is the most popular part.

What do you think of Bug-Eaten and his unnamed companion?

I really like how he was just written as a normal rat with a Stand. Forever, Iggy, and Pet Shop felt too smart. It was cool to see a wild animal with an incredibly powerful Stand.

Well the animal Stand users in Part 3 just felt like humans in animal bodies. Bug-Eaten felt like an actual rat. It was cool.

Consider the Nijimura family patriarch. He was a servant of DIO and, upon his death, was forcibly mutated into a walking, miserable pile of rotting flesh. His endless regeneration is implied to be a Stand ability. What if his form is actually based on his Stand's nature?

Which means that, after DIO's death, Alessi becomes a goddamn birdman that lives in shadows. Now, what about, say, Oingo and Boingo?

Killing DIO got rid of Holly's Stand. It's shown the same curse gave Jotaro and Joseph their Stands.

So why the fuck do they still have their Stands?

Araki is a man with a very vast imagination.

He tends to forget small details.

@Bacon: Oh yeah, and this opens up another plothole: the fact that Holy Kujo can't master a Stand, yet a baby, lots of non-sapient beings (including a cowardly turtle and a colony of phytoplankton) and a bunch of ginkgo trees can.

Anyone can have a Stand. Babies, rats, dogs, apes... Even Polnareff!

Even Stands can have Stands.
