This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

Your "brother" was suspended on that account and never appealed. You edit the exact same articles. You go to the same college. I'm not sure how we are supposed to draw any other conclusions.

Let's not forget that your "brother" was initially suspended for unauthorized image changes...and looks like you were making an unauthorized image change last week.

I'm writing to appeal my forum suspension. A few minutes ago, I was accused by a moderator for sending NSFW messages (e.g. forced face reveal and sending NSFW images through PM) to another player, in which I haven't even done such thing, especially when I was only active in my own Discord Server, Call of Duty Discord and Fextralife Discord. Secondly, I have double-checked my message history and Discord message history, in which I haven't done what the said moderator has accused me of. Since 6PM, I'm not even active in Discord and TVT. Either someone was framing me up or that someone has accessed my account without any authorisation since I haven't changed my password for years.
If anyone could help me to investigate what exactly have happened and prove my innocence, I would appreciate this. Thank you.
P.S. I also can't view the new message and figure out what exactly happened.

I'm hereby to apologise for importing drama into Forum Game thread. Next time, if there's something that I want to ask other moderators to investigate and this thread wasn't open, what would be the proper procedures and where should I ask? Thanks.
Your defense is only regarding Discord and TVT. Do you have anything else to add?

Mhazard: The issue is not about Discord, but about Twitter. We have received evidence that you were asked to cease inappropriate conversations and apparently refused. These messages caused you to be banned from certain RPs, and this was extended by the owners of those RPs to TV Tropes.
Given the nature of this misbehavior, we see no way to allow you to continue using our site. If you wish to contest this, take it up with the people involved. We will not be a party to it.

I would like to appeal my suspension. I know why I was suspended from Yack Fest, being really annoying and thus accumulating enough thumps for me to get a ban from Yack Fest sometime in June. I now am not annoying, and if I make a post that the TvTropes community deems as a bad post, I edit the post to remove the bad remark. Thus, I would like to repeal my suspension.
~Playing_with_boy, as loose as Yack Fest/Forum Games may be in comparison to places like OTC, it's still pretty dickish to continue in behavior when people genuinely ask you to stop. It seems like you get it now, so I will release your suspension. Please do not revert to bad habits.

I was just frustrated with them with some of the episodes. I know it was very immature so if I must I will accept ban for a month or so... I just hope it isn't a permanent ban

~Planet Earth Is Blue: To be "reinstated", as you put it, you must address the reasons for your suspension. You have been notified multiple times of issues with your edits, including grammar problems, Zero Context Examples, Word Cruft, and indexing.
Unless you correct these problems, you cannot be allowed to edit.

That was my brother's account. We shared the same IP address but he has since moved and I have had this account long before he stopped using it. I thought I was suspended because I planned on making a new account, Magic Knight Kuroba today for a username change, however.
