Wait, it does?!
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Ilya's castle.
What an impossibly vague explanation.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! There's nothing to explain. Ilya shows up riding a car shaped like Berserker's head during the Ilya's castle minigame. You blow it up.
Bu- What? I thought Hollow Ataraxia was a Visual Novel....
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!It is. There just happens to be a Hanafuda game and Ilya's castle attached to it. That's hardly unusual. Many things considered visual novels have far more gameplay than that.
It helps that HA isn't nearly as serious as the basic read out of it's plot makes it out to be.
Also, hey, the Vita version is adding at least one more minigame. Fun fun.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.Sometimes I forget that the Ace Attorney series are also Visual Novels. This is why I'm rather hesitant to refer to SN as "the original game" since I can't really consider it a game.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Re: Last page- Even if CP was made today, I don't think they'd do much with EXTRA or Apocrypha. The animation teams have enough EXTRA material to work with now, yet they're just doing two different versions of the same freaking War. Other than Prisma Ilya, which isn't about an actual Grail War, they just seem against the idea of working on any Fate but the main timeline.

Apocrypha might get something eventually.
Seriously? If anything, it would seem EXTRA is more marketable than Apocrypha (more already known faces like a Rin, Sakura, Archer, Lancer and Taiga, for starters, and they already have actual voice actors for the cast).
Thing is, Extra isn't very good. The plot is boring, the setup is dull and the cast has few interesting connections. There aren't even many recurring characters. Hell, there isn't even a real villain character apart from a guy that just shows up every now and then and acts vaguely scary. Maybe you could do something with CCC, but not Extra.
Apocrypha has most of that stuff taken care of. Also, it has a Saber too! Plus Atalanta, Karna, Jeanne and Astolfo, who are all quite popular from what I can tell. Oh, and perhaps most importantly, it's a lot flashier and has more ridiculous filler content.

I actually liked EXTRA's plot and set up, but...yeah, I can't see it be adapted into an anime very well without it being rather blatantly "enemy of the week, fight fight fight" fair. I mean, there are ongoing plotlines and all, but they kinda just lurk in the background until the last several rounds. It could be done, and could even be enjoyable, but it probably wouldn't stand up to Fate/Zero or the upcoming FSN anime.
F/A does seem like a much better choice for an anime adaptation, for all the reasons Arha said.
Don't PM me. We don't like being PMed.I've been rather enjoying Fate/EXTRA's plot as well. The only problem is that there really isn't enough to adapt into an anime since most of each week is spent battling random enemies. They'd end up having to create entirely knew plots or greatly expand the existing ones to get anything.
Or they could just about completely abandon the plot and go for a CP-style harem comedy where the protagonists gets all three playable Servants and then both Rin and Rani. That would be something else.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Uhhhh... they could just adapt the Fate/EXTRA CCC Fox Tail manga, which has an actual plot, new characters, cut material that was removed from the game, and best girl Cas-ko
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialHeathen, Nero is best girl.

Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!The Fox Tail manga is like...twice removed. It's a manga based on a sequel, using cut content from said sequel.
(though, going by the EXTRA Material, there is a lot of plot stuff that got cut from both games for various reasons, so a potential adaptation could fill out dead space by addressing that stuff)
Also, I want to see Sakura Hell animated.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialExtra anime with combined plot of both games, the cut segments, and fox tail manga. Honestly, I'm quite curious with Hakuno's Berserker when going to Gil's route, it seems the connection is pretty much max matrix. Just how connected does a Berserker can be with the Master, anyway? Though it seems Frankenstein and Caules are in similar boat.
And I agree, Tamamo best girl
Tamamo best fluffy tail. Doubtful best girl. Castration not appealing.
Tamamo just feels so pre-fabricated for maximum pre-planned Japanese mass appeal, which is quite something when you are next to a Saber clone.
I agree with the statement that Tamamo is best girl. I chose her for my first playthrough and, despite the difficulties, I have not regretted it once.
Especially not now that I'm on the 6th Week. Assassin went down like a bitch and the next Servant is going to be in a world of pain since I'll have the upgraded Bestial Sky by then.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Ironic, as she was the last one created, but indeed coming from someone's animal ear fetish.
Which route did you go down?
I mean, both of the round 6 bosses are a threat to Caster more so than the other two player Servants, but Berserker's gimmick doesn't translate well to Caster's playstyle and his NP wrecks her.

Bersercar comes from Hollow Ataraxia.
