Well, imagine teleporting to them while they're flying.
*SPLAT*
A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.I think Square said they will be working on partner teleportation for Heavensward.
And my friend said she isn't going to get married again to do all the running around and fetch quests a second time, lol. Seriously, I had to laugh out loud seeing that even when you want to get married, you need to do a long fetch quest and running around. Not even real weddings do that!
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.but just remember this:
2-seater mount
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~Civia
Hell yeah they do. Each quest step also happens to cost a lot of money unless you do it a cheaply as possible.
Hopefully I can record the event and share it here
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order. The fact that it you actually have to book a time slot boggles my mind. I suspect it's an entirely arbritary thing that doesn't have to exist at all.
Then again, I suppose the event would be considered an instance, like a dungeon, and there are only so many of them to go around. Still, I feel like there's an unnecessary limit on it.
Oh, and I have heard that if you do Binding Coil in an unsynched, undersized party, the enemies get stronger. Is that correct? If so, it seems to rather defeat the point of unsynched parties to me.

It might actually be more of a bug/quirk of the stat scaling past 51, which actually makes you weaker when you go over the 50 > 51 line.
No-one's entirely sure yet.
A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.Well, it's going to be a while before I'm lv60 (57 at the moment) and wanting to give it a proper go, so there's time for things to get straightened out one way or another.
God almighty, the Aetherochemical Research Facility is a terrible dungeon. What a bad way to welcome players to 60.
I assume you need to book a slot for in game weddings is because Square probably doesn't have the sanctuary instanced like other places, such as the Scions' HQ. Square would save money by not hosting multiple instances of a wedding scene since not everyone is going to get married all the time.
Bah, either way, I can't wait for mine.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.Makes sense, I suppose.
I think the HQ isn't instanced, but you can't see the other players while you're there. Like the cities before you speak to the inn owner for the first time. It would make more sense to do it that way.
With weddings, you'd have to have lists of which players can and can't see which other players to do something like that.

A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.I remember a time when you could see other players in The Waking Sands. Minfilia's solar used to get pretty crowded.
And everyone wanted their minions and pets out too.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.Ouch, Unfulfilled Dreams, ouch. I was not expecting that at all.
Finally, got the time and date set. I doubt any of you are on Balmung, but if you are, I'd be happy to send you invites to my wedding.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.I am not, but best wishes. Take some screenshots.
Anyway, the level 50 DRK quest was pretty sweet. I wasn't really expecting that.
When is it?
On the 11th
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.Hrm. What time?
11PM EST.
Remember, these idiots drive, fuck, and vote. Not always in that order.Ah, that's right about the time I'm leaving for work. Bummer.
So I finely made it to HW content, god that was a long treck, ended up being 53 before being able to start it.
I am now level 56 and in the Mists zone, holy crap it looks awesome but yuck it is a PAIN in the ass to navigate. Still trying to find all the currents so I can fly.
I had been wondering what level you would end up at for Heavensward if you got the exp gains from questing from 2.1-2.5.
It's long and in-depth, but worth it in my opinion. It had always been something of a pipe dream to get married in-game since XI, and I finally got to realize it in this game. It was a moment for me.
Further, afterwards you can use that nifty wedding ring to teleport directly to your spouse (except in the new 3.0 areas :< )
