You know if you wanted to be truth in television they would have had the reporter talking about the trump drone, and just, nitpick the hell out of him.

I was thinking more the head explody from Scanners myself. Either from pure unadulterated rage at the sight of a woman as ridiculously sexy as Gala (YMMV of course, I'm a fan but I can see how others would not be.) or from his being an ass man bearing witness to the high goddess of booty and forcing conflict with his new moral standards.

Nice to see another Carmessi fan here though.

If were talking about thicc here, no one but NO ONE beats Methonium.

For people that need to be safe at work, look at his bleached underpants manga Elf-San Wa Yaserareai under the name Synecdoche.

Both Carmessi and Methonium are among my favorite Japanese artists. But we're not here to talk about them, as much as I want to.

Just one more non-Tats bit, I thought Carmessi was Brazilian.

The worst part is, they aren't just bad, but uninformative too. The comic before this one with Trump Drone says nothing about Trump's policies or anything like that to tell us why the audience shouldn't like him. It's just "Hur, Dur, he has tiny hands!" which just comes off as mean spirited.

I mean, for fuck's sake, there's a WALL around the Reality Zone! It's low hanging fruit, but at least it'd be SOMETHING!

... So, Sinfest. What's your favorite Classic Sinfest moment? Mine is when Criminy told Fuchsia that he didn't dig his way to Hell to save her, he did it so that he could be with her (implying that he wouldn't mind being in Hell for the rest of his existence in the process).

Seeing this picture on the trope page was the main reason why I started to read the comic (I skipped most of the early comics and read them later). I really hope that Tats won't ruin this couple.

I think if he ruins Fuschia and Criminy then he would be so much done in the eyes of long reading fans. If he breaks up this couple for the sake of a stupid agenda, then it be deemed as absolutely unforgivable by everyone.

Back on the topic, my favorite classic moment? Tough question actually, there were plenty to choose from. If I had to pick, it would be two. The comic where Slick first sat down in front of the Devil's booth (Back when the Devil RAN the booth) and Slick and Crim first meeting the Almighty hand of God.

If nothing else those comics really summed up what to expect.

Oh wait, there was also when Dragon took over The Devil's booth in the name of preserving the balance. That was just hilarious.

Ms. Liberty used to be a married woman. Now she looks to be about fourteen years old.

He keeps doing that, I've noticed. I think it's his art style shifting or something.

It's the Sisterhood, they sap the maturity out of 90% of the women who side with them.

That is kinda creepy, yeah.

Infantilizing his protagonists is one of the strangest quirks of new Sinfest. From Monique and Abby having a hot date with popcorn and juice boxes to Little Evil and Tange asking if there are clowns and piñatas at a party thrown by the devil. Liberty seems to have all her womanly curves removed.

I wonder if it's a conscious thing.

Aside from "infantilizing", is Tats expecting us to believe that an anthropomorphic personification - that is, FREEDOM made person -, who is probably MILLENIA old, literally never had to use her abilities before, so she has to do the "training powers the way Calvin would do it"? That's kinda like expecting a fish to say "how am I supposed to breathe water?"... You don't "train" to do it, you do it, period. Had she ever been a normal human who obtained personification powers, I'd be more accepting of that (heck, Ralph Hanley in "the greatest american hero" training to use the suit WITHOUT the handbook was part of the series' comedy), but she isn't human - she's never been, female looks aside.

Yeah, it is kinda odd that she suddenly does not know how her powers work. Then again, has she ever been shown to HAVE powers before? I thought it was all purely symbolic up until now.

I think the implication is supposed to be that her powers don't work because she left Uncle Sam.
