:Assume unintentional unless told otherwise?
I'm convinced that our modern day analogues to ancient scholars are comedians. -0dd1Then we get edit wars over Word of God and we have to have two separate tropes for every mistake that's made and people argue that just because Word of God did it on purpose doesn't mean they still weren't wrong In-Universe...
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. Dick:Why do you have to assume that? I don't think tropers are quite as stupid as you're claiming they are.
I'm convinced that our modern day analogues to ancient scholars are comedians. -0dd1Guys, we aren't arguing over You Fail X. We're talking about this particular index. Rename it Logical Fallacies if we don't like "Artistic License". That's one of the redirects, after all.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"I like Logical Fallacies
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. Dick<Mod Voice> Stop talking about You Fail X Forever in this thread. That is not what it's about.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Changing the name from anything other than "Artistic License" is clearly beneficial, so I vote for "Logical Fallacies".
Another vote for Logical Fallacies (and Logical Fallacy as a redirect, if its not already). Should we get a crowner going, or are there not enough options?
EDIT: It is a redirect, so nevermind that part.

Voting for Logical Fallacies.
Australia The country with a 2 party system But all the power with independentsWith regards to appeal to force: I checked the other wiki, and a few other sources, and none made the distinction between arguments and threats, calling both 'Appeal To Force'. I've made the distinction between the two clearer on the page, and stated that both threats and fallicious arguments can be appeal to force. Feel free to change this if you really think it's wrong, I was just going by common usage.
I also vote for calling this 'Logical Fallacies'. The Appeal to Force page should not be removed from the index, as it does sometimes apply to a real logical fallacy. The fact that the term could be applied the threats as well is simply stated on the same page.

And how are you supposed to tell which are intentional and which are unintentional without Word of God? The line between the two is very fuzzy.
