Would you live with the above avatar for 24 hours for money?

Inspired by this thread.

If you agree to this deal, you will have to spend 24 hours in an average apartment building with the above avatar. You share a suite with them. Assume the suite is sufficient to accommodate you and the above avatar.

You can roam around the building and even go outside, but there is a magic forcefield that prevents you from going too far away from the building. After 24 hours is up, you and the avatar are teleported back to your respective homes, and you get the money.

Once you say yes, there's no escape, so choose wisely. Of course there won't be a problem if the above avatar is friendly, but if not...

Each poster chooses the amount of money they would offer. Try to offer a lower amount (say, a few hundred USD) if your avatar is relatively safe, but you can offer higher amounts (such as a million USD) if your avatar is dangerous. Feel free to use your local currency, or whichever currency you want.
