Having just read the Uglies series and having it fresh in my mind, I think the page is in need of an overhaul. The page was clearly written a while ago and has the following issues:
Lots of ZCEs.
Numerous factual errors about what actually happens in the books.
Inconsistent spoiler tags.
This is a personal preference and I can leave it as is if others prefer it, but I think the character page could be better arranged.
Possibly each individual book needs its own page, but we can cross that bridge later.
I'm going to get started later today, but I'd love some help. Some of these can be fixed even if you haven't read the books.
