So random theory: Pomni is Russian for remember. So what if in the show Pomni gets random flashes of what her life was like before entering the circus, making her the only one who can somewhat remember what they did before being trapped in the Circus?

There is a possibility of that happening but I would not get my hopes up about that. Even then that is a chance that can happen.

Wait, what dropped? why is everyone drawing a candy woman?

A teaser for new episodes dropped a few days ago. At one point in the video, Caine mentions new characters and we get a few frames of 8 of them. One of them is the candy princess (or Princess Loolilalu).

I’m sorry. This is way too common in the industry.

Like how hard is it to not overwork people and treat them well? Cause every industry seems to have this problem.

...Much as this might sting (and it does, none of the folks working on The Amazing Digital Circus should be overworked), I feel with this news being broken out, that they could get a backlash, forcing them to realize "Oh shit, we need to treat these guys better, oh God, we screwed up." Because they're not... Sony Animations here.

Nothing about the wording of the reports feels like much of a red flag, insofar as the possibility they were all written by the same person (fair chance they were written by people who worked with one another for a while, so there's probably some shared phrases and thoughts; that's just how humans communicate).

The point about blacklisting seems off. I don't know how reputations in the animation industry work, but publicly criticising an employer could still cause problems in any industry (people talk), and...well, the internet has proven time and time again that Fans™ can't be normal about people who criticise their favourite media. Not to mention the possibility that they were worried about other things.

The credits being consistent means very little. There've been plenty of controversies over proper credit as of late (I remember there was a big stink about how Valve did their credits back in the day), including cases of similar complaints including being left out of them/doing extra work uncredited. It's also possible people who worked briefly and left were kept on the credits (either to avoid drawing attention to turnover, because they worked on assets that were still being used or out of a sense of fairness).

That is the thing with anonymous accusations, it’s hard to verify them. Hazbin Hotel had similar during its development for Amazon, although that show has a notable hatedom, while I haven’t heard of TADC or any of Glitch’s shows having such a hatedom.

Now obviously the reason these kinds of things are anonymous is that being public - even if you’re completely in the right - is a quick way to get blacklisted. Especially in an industry with bad working conditions being quite common.

This is starting to sound a lot like importing drama atm. It has nothing to do with the Digital Circus and it seems such allegations are starting to become shaky. Unless something more concrete comes out, I think its best to move on.

So Caine seems to be insanely uncomfortable around how horrifyingly powerful the shippers are, regarding the new characters the show is introducing. Cannot say I blame him in the slightest. They didn’t even need to be up for a milisecond before they received shipping fan art.

I can't tell if he's genuinely uncomfortable or if he's actually excited at he unhinged attention.

Which is kind of the point of Caine, really, you can't tell what's going through his crazy mind.

Honestly, probably both in this case.

Considering that he keeps getting hit on by the Moon, it'd make sense that he would be fearful of the shipping wars that will inevitably follow.
