Working on a Justice Avengers idea, thinking about making it a legacy sort of deal. However I've got two ideas on that front and I'm unsure of which one to pick. Character generation however instead of just playing a variation of a canon version would be a focus here.

First is a 2099/Batman Beyond deal, playing in the Dark Future with cyberpunk stylings, players would be playing legacy versions of characters. Think Miguel O'Hara, Terry Mc Ginnis, Kenshiro Cochrane, Rex Stewart, Etc.

The other is an Last Knight On Earth/Old Man Logan deal, where the players are playing either legacy or aged versions of heroes exploring a post apocalyptic earth, fighting new evils and empires made of villains of old.

If anybody's interested, what ones would they like to play?

I'm like super busy atm but I'm considering this. I lean towards the Old Logan setting as I can see that being a Grey-and-Gray Morality setting where you have to make difficult choices, which would be interesting and fun to RP in.

EDIT: Now I think about it, the Old Logan setting would work slightly better for the one character idea I have (I'll still go with it regardless of the setting but still)

Heck, I'm interested in either. I'll churn out some character ideas.

I think possibly I could run both as separate universe deals with two different threads... I don't think there's any rules against that is there?

I'll edit the template later once you add it, but for now here are my ideas:

Real Name: Kyrios Eleeson (or Father Kyrie)

Age Range: Looks mid-50s but is probably thousands of years old.

Species: Undead Human

Gender: Male

Character Role: Hero

Canon: Nope! Though he's loosely based on Ra-Ra-Rasputin.

Appearance: Lord, have mercy. Christ, have mercy.

Personality: Kyrios is a kind soul who follows the Catholic Church, and despite not being the most faithful, he genuinely wishes people the best in life, and that he would protect them. He is saddened that his people shunned him, but he believes the Lord above will protect him and has a plan for him.

He isn't a violent person, per se, but when push comes to shove, he will protect people through any means necessary. Killing isn't his style, but demons and the like are exceptions. He's also fine with people worshipping other gods. People draw their belief from many things after all.

History: There have been many demons throughout history, and just as many people to fight it. The Spanish Inquisition is an organization that is generally feared and disliked by the people, but they weren't the only Inquisition. The Inquisition was a secret organization, separate from the Catholic Church, that fought demons all throughout the world under the guise of priests, and Kyrios was one of its greatest members, at least until a fateful day that one demon cursed him to undeath, and since he was marked by the devil, his people turned on him, and he was forced out, surviving even the apocalypse. Now he wanders, trying to bring some peace to whoever's left.

Talents: Kyrios has a really hard time dying. It's why he's survived so long. He is immortal in age, and immortality in that he can't be killed... yet. What happens is that his body simply reassembles itself whenever he's wounded, but that's not to say he can't feel pain. His body can break down under the stress of massive attacks, with bigger wounds needing more time to heal (say a scratch would heal instantly, while chopping off his arm would take a few minutes and he needs to hold the arm to his stump, while destroying his brain would halt all healing for several days while it knits itself together first.) He can also detach his limbs and move them around at will.

He is also proficient in hand-to-hand combat and is superhumanly strong and fast, enough to lift trucks with ease and run a marathon in 1 hour.

Assets: He doesn't have much, aside from his priestly garments and items. And his holy daggers.

(2099)

Name: Myrmidon (Secret Identity: Achilles Apóneró)

Age Range: Adolescent

Species: Human

Character Role: Hero

Canon: Nope!

Appearance: Achilles and the Myrmidon.

Personality: Achilles is a pretty friendly and energetic kid who puts his body and soul into everything he does, making him pretty Hot-Blooded.

History: Achilles grew up hearing stories of myths of all kinds. Due to their shared name, he loved the Greek Achilles. He wanted to become a great hero, and so he honed his body to its limit, training and training. One day, he decided to try and stop a bank robbery. With a life-and-death situation, he awakened his power. He took down the robbers, but nearly died in the process when one of them accidentally shot his heel. One of the people he saved, Ifaista, offered him a deal in the hospital. She would test her tech on him, and he would use it to fight crime. Achilles was ecstatic and agreed, helping her with the design. After a lot of trial-and-error, Myrmidon was born.

Talents: Achilles by himself is quite good at several types of weapons. Guns, swords, lances, hand-to-hand, etc. His special power is fittingly called Achilles' Heel. It allows him to mentally affix a weakness (called a "Heel") to himself or any place he touches. That weakness takes extra damage, but the target becomes physically stronger, faster, etc. So far, he has x2, x5, and x10 multipliers to the physical increase and damage the Heel takes.

Assets: With Ifaista's help, Achilles has the Myrmidon suit, a set of Powered Armor that allows Achilles to use his power with less worry. Lightweight yet durable, it has a buzzsaw shield which he can control using a mini tractor beam to throw at people and a spear that he can fire lasers from. Despite this protection, hitting the armor with enough force can still hit his Heel.

You piss off the Venom T-Rex. Roll initiative.
