Splitting merged works into separate work pages

Finished all the Siren pages (except for characters, but it'll be done gradually). Same with 8 Man.

Wanting to split Alone in the Dark to make it like the Resident Evil page... Will probably need help.

I've launched Film.Evil Under The Sun and removed the tropes from Literature.Evil Under The Sun that were in the film section. I've also moved the book off the film specific indices it was on and replaced it with the film.

The video game Bounty Hunter, along with its trivia and ymmv pages should probably be fully renamed to Star Wars: Bounty Hunter and separated from the trope page Bounty Hunter, since they're not related,

I'm noticing the character page for L.A. Confidential seems to almost entirely focus on the film versions of the characters and I'm not sure why that novel in particular needs a separate character page given so many span multiple books. For the sake of directing edits better would we be okay with me splitting the film off to L.A. Confidential (1997), as well as its applicable subpages to make it clearer where edits should go?

Actually I can do Patlabor instead. I'll further split some of the subpages like YMMV/Trivia/etc. No one get alarmed if someone watches it.

Since Anime.Wedding Peach and Manga.Wedding Peach are so different from one another (and the anime's 51 episodes means it's a lot longer than the 6-volume manga plus a spinoff) I think they could stand to be un-merged, especially since they're alternate continuities to begin with.

Does anyone else believe The SilvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis deserves to be split out to a page of its own? It's one of several "lore"-based narrative video series produced for the SiIvaGunner channel, and easily the longest and most ambitious of them all (which is probably a major cause of the six-year Series Hiatus it lapsed into until just a few weeks ago).

Will decide between Alone in the Dark and Chase HQ in terms of what's easier to split.

Thinking of having The Adventures of Batman and Robin and Batman Returns as a disambig-like page for the games (TABR and BR) according to console.

Eg.

• Batman Returns (NES)
• Batman Returns (DOS)

etc.

I was thinking of separating Alex Rider into Alex Rider (2020), and wanted to check what the process would be for this? Do I just create the pages then transfer the contents, or do I need to create sandboxes first?

Putting this here aside from the "Making disambigs for works that share names..." just to let people know.

Made the disambig page for the Batman Returns games according (in order) of consoles which was released (eg the Lynx has a BR game released first).

Will work on the "easiest" page soon.

In relation to my earlier post, I am planning to create Series/, YMMV/, Awesome/ and Funny/ pages for Alex Rider (2020), separating it from the pages relating to the books.

Is it alright just to go ahead with this? Should Series/AlexRider be turned into a redirect to preserve inbound links?

The Virtua Cop/Ghost Squad page can use a split. But that's likely in the future.
