The description for Immediate Self-Contradiction says that it's when someone makes a statement, then contradicts it with their very next statement. But what about cases where someone makes a statement, but the act of making the statement contradicts the words of the statement?

For example:

"Are you awake?" "No."

or

(shouting loudly) "I'M NOT SHOUTING!"

In the future, please take stuff like this to Trope Finder or the Is this an example? thread.
