Reference Overdosed isn't actually analogous to Trope Overdosed, though I'm not sure it's actually a trope either; it seems to be "this work has a lot of Shout Outs in it".
Generally, queries like this should go in the All-Purpose thread in TRS itself (though others may disagree). ...And now I see your post didn't get any responses there...

Looking on the tropes needing TRS, I noticed that Reference Overdosed was on there. I feel like it's not the right place to put it in that folder, I think it should be in the Mislabeled JFF folder in line with Trope Overdosed.
This deaf, dumb and blind kid sure plays a mean pinball.
