Also, another plus to current is that it doesn't need more than one shot to get the point across. Very succinct. The majority of the suggestions are 2+ images and are thus overly busy.

Reading the argument of OP, I ask what makes the other images any better?
Bill Cipher's throne is barely recognizable as humans molded into a chair at this size. And really Bill has a Black Comedy vibe to his whole personality, which makes any image of him a difficult sell as a Monster image.
Scar throwing Mufasa is more suitable for Moral Event Horizon since the full extent of his monstrous behavior happens after he becomes king and we see how irresponsible he is as a ruler (otherwise, he's just a lion Claudius: Terrible person but not necessarily a terrible king).
Percival C. Mc Leach is a good image, but it feels like a downgrade to Frollo. Like I've seen a dozen or so animated films and shows where the bad guy tries to harm a child for interfering with their plans. In fact, there are villains that fail the heinous factor of CM because they exist in media where threatening/harming children in a necessity to function for conflict.
Same thing with the Buzz Lightyear image. It may work as an individual page, but otherwise it looks like a typical vampire biting a hero. Nothing really sell they are unique piece of work.
Frollo is carrying a sword with a smile on his face, looming over his terrified victims dangling helpless over a molten pit. It sells him as both being in complete control of the situation and that he enjoys murdering people despite his preaching. The hellish background visually makes the audience associate Frollo's actions to be demonic, which is why it still remains a top-tier image for CM.

I feel the second one works better than the current for MoralEventHorizon.Disney. As for Monster.Disney, I prefer the Frollo one personally.
I'm persuaded. I'm changing my vote for current (Frollo) for Monster.
This needs a crowner, but the discussion is losing me. Can someone compile a list of options, including which ones are being considered for the Moral Event Horizon subpage?

It's also missing the first Bill option, the Buzz one, and the Frollo pic. I could add them, granted, though I don't think any of them (aside from I guess the last one) have any consensus. EDIT: So, I feel mod(s) would be better judge(s) of that than me. If I should just add more options to the crowner if something like this actually does happen again, feel free to let me know.

I added those first two....I think you meant Frollo instead of Frodo, and if you were referring to 25, that was a suggestion for the MEH page and the one in the crowner is handily in super-consensus for that page.

I'm not so sure that would qualify as Monster material. It seems more like a Kick the Dog moment rather than something overtly heinous, especially since Frollo didn't cross the Moral Event Horizon when he kidnapped Quasimodo; it was when he tried to drown him.
Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.
