I am not convinced. Seems like such a thread would very easily become swamped with all manner of issues, many of which have more specific threads.

If there is an issue with a trope and no current thread for it, make a new thread. We have found that "general" threads devolve rapidly and end up becoming worthless.

One issue I have run into with trying to bring issues up is that there doesn’t seem to be a good dedicated thread for said trope. Would a general thread to bring up issues for tropes that don’t have their own thread in Longterm be a good idea? The same applies to other forums, particularly the video game forum since I’m more active there, since I want to being up a game without digging up a buried thread or starting a new one.
