I stumbled across him not too long ago and I really dig his stuff. I especially recommend his video on The Boys comic and how the tv show improved on it.

Bless Cody's heart for making it through all six Sharknado movies.

And... I guess I actually kind of like the way the last Sharknado ended. Travelling back to the beginning of the first movie and nipping the first sharknado in the bud. I probably shouldn't like an ending that un-does the entire series, but here it seems fitting somehow.

I hope Cody's sanity wasn't broken from watching all of those Sharknado movies. Thanks to his sacrifice, he help us save time and money and spared our sanity from this weird movie series. (Seeing all of those celebrities was weird, especially the problematic ones.)

Kind of annoys me how he has to do the alt history bullshit to pay the bills. My man clearly has other interests and nobody seems to care. I mean, like ok I'm a bit older than Cody so like I have no nostalgic memories of any of these transformers movies but I love watching his reviews of em because it's a glimpse into a world I never lived in. Same reason I love that goth chick who makes youtube videos about loser fandom drama from 2007 that I never interacted with at the time. Guy should devote more time to his pointlesshub channel ngl

I can't wait for Cody to review the next Transformers movie aka The Marky Mark one and the unfortunate movie that tells the audience that it's ok and legal to be a Ephebophile.

Said it before and I'll say it again. It's profoundly fascinating that the TF movies managed to have both an actor and character considerably more repulsive than Shia's Sam Witwicky.

I thought Shia and Sam were the worst. And then they got a guy who committed hate crimes to be even more annoying.

For all the flack this movie gets, it’s such a memorable part of my childhood that I cannot ever hate it.

Oh yeah,I've definately seen that movie multiple times the problem I have is that all the zany christmas movies I've watched over the years start to blur together in my head.

I remember only three things about this movie: It got Marky Mark, the Chinese propaganda and the infamous Romeo and Juliet law scene where the daughter's boyfriend says it's ok for him to bang a minor(when in reality what he's doing is still illegal and would land him jail in Real Life).

Keep it up Cody. Just one more bad Michael Bay movie until the great reboot Transformers that saved the franchise.

World War Z is a fantastic book by Max Brooks detailing the events of the 'Zombie War'. Written as a series of interviews, it is one of the most unique spins on the zombie genre. There was also a movie adaptation starring Brad Pitt.

He returns to the Roland Emmerich well, with his much maligned Moonfall

I still find Transformers 4 genuinely impressive in that it managed to find an actor I hate more than Shia Lebouf and have him play a character worse than Sam Witwicky.

Like... that's genuinely hard to do.

A thing I like in the videos of the channel is that, despite mocking aspects of the films in a deadpan way, he doesn't sound too mean-spirited; I think it's much more fun to watch a review mocking a film that the reviewer doesn't dislike or even enjoys in a So Bad, It's Good way than a review from someone just hating the movie, and the Moonfall video shows it.

Yeah PointlessHub is critical without sounding like a typical Ca usticCritic. He also reviews things to examine what makes them tick, so the bad or weird stuff cannot just be all bad. Really, he's only hard on the Bayformer films from what I watched of his content but who isn't?
