Doesn't the typical marvel continuity take place in a different Earth/universe altogether?
"Real Life" Earth is somewhere around Earth-1218, whereas it's Earth-616 for the comic continuities, and Earth-19999/"Earth-616" for the MCU Film/TV continuities.

Ik this may seem far fetched but hear me out, in "You Are Deadpool" No. 5 there's a page where Deadpool agrees with the Tomorrow Men and deletes the entire universe to start over. You see, marvel comics seem to take place in the same universe as real life, which means that anything that happens there probably happened irl at some point. Which means that he DID delete everything and we just forgot and did everything again but slightly differently. THE NUMBERS DON'T LIE, MAN.
Now that right there, is far out man.
