I want to rename a work

I've wanted for a while to rename this work which I set up: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Webcomic/TonariNoKinnikuJoshi. The work is now published in English and has a cover, so it feels all the more pressing. I've tried to look at the threads for instuctions, but it has not been very clear to me. I'm happy for the original title to turn into a redirect. How do i go about doing this?
