Wings of Fire is a children's book series by Tui Sutherland, one of the team of writers who works on the Warrior Cats books. What Do You Mean, It's for Kids? is in full effect here as there's lots of violence, war, genocide, really freaky imagery, and surprisingly deep plots and characters. The fifteenth book just came out today.

Can I assume that I found a fellow Fan Wing?

What did you think of book 15? I personally thought it was poorly paced and anti-climatic. The endings Tui writes have usually been pretty good, so it was disappointing. Freedom was good though.

I do have some criticisms with it (mainly not seeing what Sundew and Lynx did and not getting to see Wasp's downfall) but otherwise I thought it was pretty good? I did expect to not really learn that much of the others considering that there were ten dragons in the team, but Dusky and Freedom were great characters too and it was interesting to learn about the Scorching.
