I'm also assuming that the weird Kizaru panel after Luffy gets food a few chapters back is Kizaru noticing Van Augur moving around, I would assume because Kizaru is light and can see invisible people or because his glasses.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Augur cant turn invisible, his power is teleportation.
Looks like Blackbeard was the one that Caribou wanted to tell about Plutons location. I assume Devon touching Saturn is to make her able to copy his appearance with her Kitsune fruit, which might make able to command the Seraphim now.

I'm increasingly thinking this arc is gonna end in a total defeat for the marines and not in and Enies Lobby way, where the Strawhats manage to escape but as in fleet is decimated way... And I am totally here for it!

It's not fair that I want to write a piece of writing yet it will cut me off in the midUpdated spoilers are suggesting that Caribou is to Blackbeard what Bartolomeo is to Luffy. If so, it actually may offer a bit of Fridge Brilliance for why Caribou was in Udon prison.
Udon was the place Kaido sent people he wanted to recruit, to break them down until they'd submit. At least, that was the plan for Luffy and Kid. What if it was true for Caribou as well? Despite everything, Caribou never submitted to Kaido... because the one he wanted to serve was Teach?
I remember some lists telling me that Caribou can potentially be a Straw Hat.
PFFFFTTTTT
Pantheon server for all who click here. Freaking lost $410 and I am hunting down for a nuke to reign down.Caribou is on the same boat as Caesar. The guy the Straw Hats keep in a leash because they need him at the moment, but can't stand him or trust him.
Wake me up at your own risk. Also Saturn mentiones something about Blackbeard being part of a special bloodline, the theory that he is the son of Rocks is looking very likely now.

Wrong thread?
Kizaru's Oh, Crap! face is the highlight of this chapter.
I also wouldn't have thought that A) Zoro would still have real trouble with Lucci, and B) Sanji could stand up to Kizaru. Sanji stocks are soaring.
Kizaru, notably, doesn't have his heart in the fight. I guess Lucci is even stronger than we initially thought, too.
The leaks seem to indicate that Zoro isn't at all worried. I'm guessing it'll still be one he decisively wins even if it isn't a Curb-Stomp Battle.
You can only write so much in your forum signature. It's not fair that I want to write a piece of writing yet it will cut me off in the midNo, the fan translation is out, and Zoro is evenly matched with Lucci. Both are tired, sweating and somewhat bloodied, and also they are taunting the other one.
A couple extra things that I would like to mention (and haven't been shared before in this thread):
- Usopp is moved to tears seeing the giants arrive, and it's not only Dorry and Broggy, it's their old crew, including Oimo and Kashii from Enies Lobby.
- Vegapunk Stella says those around him he is too weak to be moved and tells them to leave him behind, and they do, so he remains close to the upcoming fight between Sanji and Kisaru.
- Speaking of, the reactions to Sanji kicking one of Kisaru's laser are great (both Borsalino's and Franky's) and he says he is able to do it because "light doesn't hold a candle to love" (maybe foreshadowing Kisaru is going to fight in the final war against Hancock and S-Snake??? ).
Sanji blocking Kizaru is also a callback to Rayleigh doing the same. I was washing for a panel like that.
You lost! No, in the leak (not the official translation) he says "It almost sounds like you think you're the one in control of this fight Rob Lucci!!" I took that to mean he thinks he's going to win.
You can only write so much in your forum signature. It's not fair that I want to write a piece of writing yet it will cut me off in the midMan, Saturn right now looks fucking unhinged. That face is going to haunt my nightmares. Top-notch, Oda.

Well, RIP Vegapunk. That last panel was his heart flat-lining, causing the message to be sent out.
"Bonney will be hunted for the rest of her life... please look after her" If we hadn't just gotten tricked with Yamato joining the crew, I'd be taking that message as a big sign Bonney is actually joining.
We also saw her hit it off with some giants. You could see that as setting up the option of leaving her to Elbaf. Learning more about the Sun God - all the big truths forgotten to the world - straight from the old masters.
I got my wish, Vegapunk will die meaningfully and with a Don. I hated the deaths that were there to appease the Nobody Dies In One Piece criticism crowd.
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.Vegapunks message is gotta be the thing that shocked the world, I think we possibly might hear the name of the ancient kingdom next chapter.
I have to admit the wait for next week's chapter is going to be rough. I am happy Gear 5 can be both goofy and serious at the same time, just like Luffy.
We should all be glad it's not a break week. Would've been the worst since 1043.
Ohohohohohohooooooo, shit this is good! Luffy sporting a canonical Slasher Smile. Pissed, smiling, AND he's making it crystal clear why he's a motherfucking Pirate Emperor?
I'm sorry, did Christmas arrive early, or are we witnessing a vintage Luffy moment right now?
Robin: Don't ever ask me to dock with you again. Serious...1109 Spoilers are coming out
Oda hitting us with the mother of all Void weeks

Apparently the Blackbeard pirates were on the island and they were mainly there to gather intel. I think they get off with touching saturn and maybe taking caribou with them.
Luffy decks Saturn showing Bonney how to really do it.
Sanji blocks Kizaru.
The current theory I have is that it was one of the blackbeard pirates who gave luffy food (probably for whatever agenda they have in store).
I'm thinking the same. Van Augur, in particular, has the capability to feed and move Luffy unseen, and getting him back in the fight serves as an ideal distraction while they do their thing.
