a bit confused about DevelopmentHeaven

what exactly is the scope and idea of Development Heaven? obviously it's a sugar wiki trope so if it's made for gushing that's fine, but Development Hell has a pretty clear definition both on-wiki and off, while i'm not really sure what development heaven is supposed to entail. it's supposed to the Inverted Trope of development hell, but it's not really clear what qualifies as an inversion.

is it supposed to be a case where production went off with no hitches? one where everything fell into place creatively, even in the face of adversity? one where it went quickly, even if not necessarily well? the laconic description is "A creator or production crew pours a ton of passion and dedication into making a work a certain way," which makes it sound more like Doing It for the Art. is it distinct from doing it for the art at all? for that matter, is it distinct from Gushing About Shows You Like? since it's a sugar wiki trope, a lot of entries just read as that, whereas development hell is objective, so it doesn't have the equivalent problem of bashing.

i just have a lot of questions about it and whether it's worth keeping. i'm putting the discussion here rather than TRS for now since i'm not sure how others feel about the trope and i feel like these are questions maybe only i have

my b, i hadn't seen that discussion. that's super helpful, thanks. i need to check TRS discussions like this more... i'm still confused on its exact scope, and whether or not it's just the same but more specific for gushing about shows you like. i guess it doesn't really matter since it's sugar wiki, though, and that clears up a lot of the questions i had about it
