It does seem a little unnecessarily specific.
In fact I thought the image being changed was due to the requirements but it appears to be a coincidence
Hm. Given how common it is for love interests to do this, especially before they officially get together (and there's often an element of stress involved), I can see the line being very blurry between the trope intention and how it might actually be used.
I guess this should start with a wick check to see how it's actually being used.

If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.I just witnessed it happening in a Doctor Who episode. I think part of the problem with this trope as-is is that it's just sort of a thing that happens, and it happens a lot, but you won't notice it unless you're watching for it, and you probably won't remember it afterward.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure Pureness
The description and laconic page for Headbutt of Love both say that the trope is about when one character hugs another who's emotionally distressed, kisses their forehead, and gently presses their heads together. However, several examples are simply about touching foreheads as an affectionate gesture, without the two other steps and not always being done to a distressed person.
Should the examples be cleaned up, or should the description be expanded to allow this broader usage (which might require TRS)?
