IDK about using that as a replacement; as a Doctor Who fan I get why that pic's significant, but it's very likely that someone unfamiliar with the series would see it as just a face and a caption.
Glowing Eyes + raised hand is usually a cue for stuff to go down.

I was referring more to the picture of Nine's Go Out with a Smile moment. Without context it's just a picture of him grinning. Maybe include a shot of him regenerating right below to indicate why the smile is so important.
It’s a Recap image, though. All it really has to do is show something from the episode to illustrate. Sure, some shots can represent an episode better than others, but without an alternative I think it’s OK.

First off, this pic is hard to make out what's happening, and second the scenario almost seems more like Funny than Awesome.
