Not a Gilligan Cut, and I wouldn't say it's very much related. More like Blatant Lies that instantly flashes back to the liar's activities.

Say a character mentions they'll never do something, but they're lying and had already done it. Cut to a flashback of them doing it. Is this an inversion of a Gilligan Cut, a straight version, or not a Gilligan Cut at all? Or is it something else?
