Going ahead and locking this one since it's sat idle for 10 days since the pic was pulled.

Firstly, the image quality isn't the best, as there's black bars on the end that are likely remnants of an aspect ratio.
Secondly, this actually is an example of Forgot Their Own Birthday, as Bob has a birthday, he's just very bad keeping track of important dates.
Thirdly, it's not that clear an image. We could move it to Forgot Their Own Birthday, but it's hard to tell the characters are forgetting the birthday, and at first I actually thought Linda was the one who had forgotten her birthday, since Bob's decked in birthday stuff, but it's actually Bob.
