- Name: Brian Kingston II
- Age: 18
- Alliance: Charon Corporation
- Weapon: Heavy Stun Baton
- Contract: Smartphone App.
- Debtor: Macabre
- Eyes: Sapphire
- History:
- You could say that Brian has lived in the very lap of privilege for most of his life. He grew up in the famously preppy Kingston family, his father is in the board of executives of the Charon Corporation while his mother was a lower level executive. Brian was viewed as destined for greatness no matter what his life became directed at. In school he was aiming for a Football Scholarship, and fitting for the Quarterback, he was known as a leader, a social expert, a kindhearted and good seeming man, and he was known throughout school even in the yearbook as "has the most friends out of any student"...
- ...And then something happened. Something that required his father to pull him out of school and transfer him seven states away to "erase the stain on our family legacy". Brian and his father never really saw eye to eye after that happened - Brian saw his father as not letting him resolve his own problems and taking him away from his friends, and his father saw him as a "reprobate fuck up that almost destroyed everything we worked so hard to build up." So needless to say, there's not a lot of love lost there.
- Brian ultimately graduated without his beloved football scholarship, and wound up taking a position at the Charon Corporation - a position he despised. While it was a higher position than that of the grunts, and he remained mostly privileged, he disliked the fact he got this due to his father. While he is still supported by family, its not a well liked situation.
- And then Brian was called into Dive City, and wound up contracting with Macabre. He's not enthusiastic about doing anything to support his family, given their history. But he guesses its better than going day by day at Charon...
- Appearance: Brian is a tall, athletic man - he visibly has an imposing frame and definite strength. He had dark blue eyes before he wound up a Contract Holder, and they only got brighter blue. His hair is bushy, dark and well taken care of. Owing to being the quarterback, he seems to be built more for speed than for size. He wears a blue and black sweater tied around his neck, a red and white "jock" jacket, a white short sleeved t-shirt, jeans and boots.
- Extra: for someone so seemingly nice, he has a cruel looking smile.
Quick question. for a neutral background what would you suggest?
Here's a Godmodder. Please Kill him before he fucks up everything. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=15527074470A62989200Accidentally coming across the Seekers awakening video online is a good bet. Former employee of Charon Corp. Maybe you escaped the Church for one reason or another. Neutral doesnt have to mean never had a side, it simply means currently without one.
Is this still alive? I might make a cahracter for this eventually if it is.
It is, but I just need more people to throw characters at it.

GIVE ME YOUR FACE- Name: John Griffon
- Age: 29
- Alliance: Charon Corp
- Weapon: A surprisingly large number of knives hidden inside his everyday carry items.
- Contract: A shiny and slightly over-sized platinum coin with an inscription in Latin and the corp's logo embossed on the surface.
- Debtor: Eurydice
- Eyes: Black opal with a small speck of white that points to whatever he focuses his gaze on, like a mundane pupil.
- History: When he was young, John was hungry. Hungry enough to feel like he died out there so many times. And when times turned towards the good that hunger followed him no matter what community he drifted through, no matter which world tried to welcome him in. And then as he always dreaded, times turned poor again; 20, no job, no degrees, hungry enough to die again. And that's when he saw Charon and saw in it a way out; he gave his last shiny obolus to the corp and followed that dollar for a long way down, followed it up to the office heights.
And now he moves in the motivational speaking circuit; telling all who dare to hear how no matter how bad times are all you need is a single coin to turn things around, as long as Charon is the one you pay it to. And despite how much he feasts, that hunger still pursues. - Appearance: John is a tall, lean man who takes a serious dedication to looking casual. An unbuttoned suit jacket, spiked-up hair, loose-knotted tie in the pattern of his eyes and a pair of opaque but shiny sunglasses to assuage any uncanny awkwardness from his unnatural eyes. He's almost always either chewing through a portable food item or fiddling with some item or another from his pockets, usually his Contract.
- Extra: Has spent a fair amount of company time and resources trying to locate an Orpheus Harbinger to no real success. He wishes to reunite the lovers.
still open?
I mean, only two people ever signed up. If there is enough interest then I guess?
Could our character still have a debtor if they are neutral?
Yes, but as stated up top being outside of a specific group makes you a target for those groups, either to take your character in or to crush them for being outside the system.
Here he is, tell me if there are any issues.

It the same for everyone, the first vision. The city being swallowed as living darkness pools like thick muck over the streets and buildings, practically shining against the stone grey of the buildings they cover. Above a swarm of insects clash against massive pillars of radiant light that pierce through the night and make it seem like day where they land. But the light is swallowed by sudden heavy clouds, sparking and roaring in the night as lances of pure energy strike down toward their targets. You look down at your own hands, shaking in excitement as you grip your Contract tight in your hands, running through your list of 'Debtors' to call upon. The forces of the Church call upon their angels to deliver judgement on those who oppose them. The Seekers yell their challenge as brimstone and fire is called by their demonic forces. And the sleek but ever present Adjusters summon forth legends and spirits of nature to bring their enemies to heel. And you stand alongside your own, calling forth power from beyond this world as the sky rips open, and the eyes of an unknown and terrifying creature focuses on you in the chaos.
Welcome to the world of SMT (Shin Megami Tensei) Dive City, where you will play a member of one of three groups seeking to take control of the oncoming end of the world for their own purposes. To that end you will be given the ability to call upon beings from outside human conception, whether divine, demonic, or nature based will depend on which beings you put under your debt. Seek to take control of parts of the city for important rituals, push back the Harbingers from activating anything early, and grow your own power for front row seats. But first, you must make your alliance.
Our Lady of Divine Forgiveness
You couldn't feel happier at this moment, after years of study and dedication you were finally being inducted as a priest in the church. Long before you joined your life had seemed meaningless, empty, as if you were simply drifting from one thing to another. But they took you in, granted you a place in their family. You would do anything to pay that back to them. The head priest of your church brings you to an old backroom, smelling of dust and cobwebs. He offers a smile and a word of understanding to the unpleasant environment and directs you to sit down at the desk, the only piece of furniture in the rather small room. As you do he pulls an old scroll from his robes and lays it in front of you, and as you look down your mind is instantly enraptured by it. You start reading, and find that you can't stop. The symbols on the scroll make no sense, but they don't need too. You feel your eyes begin to burn, feel the smoke pooling off of them. You want to stop, to scream. But if this is for the church, no your family, then you can't. The last symbols are read and you can't help but clutch your eyes, feeling a wet sensation on your hands. When you pull away you find blood on your palms.
You turn back to the head priest, and find yourself in awe. Behind him stand two beautifully radiant beings, perfect in all ways. He offers his hand and welcomes you to the priesthood. All you can do is weep tears of joy.
Seekers of the End
You were spending the night how you spent most nights, scouring the web for the dark and disturbing things that would normally make other people turn away in disgust. But not you, this is the kind of stuff you live for. The kind of thing that is bleached from polite society so the world can be packaged and sold as some kind of beautiful utopia. A pasture for the sheep. Your messenger flashes showing you got a message, and when you open it its from someone you added on a whim after talking to them on a forum that no longer existed. You had mentioned your desire for the odd and he had told you to just wait and they would show you something out of this world. They offer a video chat and you hastily accept. Their about your age, seem a bit wired out but nothing abnormal in the circles you run in. He links a video and warns that it isn't for the faint of heart.
You click it faster then you've ever done before. The video that plays is a mess, its confusing and just looking at it hurts your eyes. You want to stop, but he says 'you gonna bitch out?' and you force yourself to watch through. Even when your eyes start burning and you feel the sludge pool out of your tear ducts you watch. And when you look at him next you see creatures pulled from a nightmare standing at his side and dragged over his lap. He tells you 'welcome to the resistance', and you can't help but smile. This was real.
Charon Corporation
You've been hunting this promotion since you started with the company as a lowly office drone. You put in the hours, the time, hell the overtime. You ran coffee and kissed more ass then anyone else. Vacations were a joke, holidays a distraction. You haven't seen your bed because the second you get home you are asleep on your feet. But it all lead to this, a conference on floor fifteen with a member of upper management to discuss a promotion. When you get there it smells of fresh cleaner, the high quality stuff not the dollar a can aerosol that they gave to the workers. The boss was all smiles, talking about your work ethic and how they needed someone like you 'on the top floor'.
But first you had to read through the manual. You were put in the big chair, a piece of furniture that cost more then your shitty apartment and everything within it put together and a book placed in front of you. You read it, and when your eyes started to burn and a thick but clear substance started to pool in them you kept reading. Because you worked too hard to come this far. When you finish you look at your boss, who now has a number of fairy like creatures hanging off of him. You ask if they have any corner offices left 'upstairs'.

Extra notes
For those who choose neutral please realize that you will not stay that way for the whole game. You simply won't be able to survive in a world of monsters and powers if you remain on your own forever. You don't have to be loyal, but you need a system of protection.
