Well, I don't have anyone in first, second, or third, but I do have a couple from RS274 and RS276 who beat odds that would've gotten them into the Hall of Fame in the old-sim days. On another note, I'd like to suggest that future Battle Royale and Death Battle seasons be exceptions to the cooldown rules so people can give their recent near-misses a second chance if they want. It's frustrating to want to re-nominate old tributes to make up for your lack of podium finishers/Mass Murderers only to find the best candidates are still on cooldown, such as a second-best killer or fifth-placer from two seasons ago. It might increase tribute repetition a small amount, but the cycles are long enough that it shouldn't be too much of an issue, and feels in the seasons' spirit. Thoughts?

For the former, yes, that's exactly it. For the latter, I think we can keep the normal cooldowns afterward - this is just to keep things open in the BR/DB seasons themselves.

You mean to say that we should extend the exemption to the Cooldown Rule to any non-PF/MM from the last four seasons before the BR/DB? But if we'll allow that, will the repeat tribute nominated during the BR/DB have the Cooldown Rule applied to them for the next four seasons after it? Because I don't want anyone loopholing this by nominating the same non-PF/MM three seasons in a row here (e. g. S332, S333 (the next BR), and S334).
