It's still open. Don't really know the upper power limit, but I think going as any of the higher tier characters from One Punch Man might be a bit of overkill.

Considering that the GM hasn't said no to very powerful psychics yet (Mob from Mob Psycho 100), I'd wager somewhere between street and nuke. The GM is currently a bit unresponsive, but I'll try to see if he or she can answer our questions.

The premise sounds pretty interesting to just abandon, I mean, change Mary Sue to the band of evil Sues and you have a pretty solid storyline that can last for a while.
