Cardfight!! Vanguard V (2018 Anime Reboot, but also the original series if you'd like!)

I saw that the Cardfight!! Vanguard reboot (Which people for some reason call "Cardfight!! Vanguard V", despite it just being "Cardfight!! Vanguard") doesn't have a thread yet, so I thought I should correct that!

Have any of you guys been interested in watching it? Or perhaps have watched it?

I've been watching it, and I'm having a blast! The series begins very similarly to the original anime and manga, but it seems to take more after the manga as a whole. They're starting to deviate from the manga quite a bit now with characters that never appeared in it (plus they're actually somewhat different from their original anime counterparts). I'm so excited to see where it goes!!!

It's currently on Episode 6 of the sub and Episode 3 of the dub, and they put up a new (at least subbed) episode on Youtube and Crunchyroll every Saturday.

What do you guys think of the series? Not even just the reboot, but also the original if you'd like!

Bit of a shame no one’s commented on this forum yet.

Personally, I love Cardfight Vanguard. It’s a good series that doesn’t get talked about as much as it should.

Wish this series got more discussion too. I'd come across this thread before a few months back, but I figured it was dead so I didn't post anything.

Maybe if more users are aware of this forum, they might post here more often.
