Going ahead and locking this as it's well past the clocking point and has been dead since the pic was pulled.

Current image is a somewhat low-res shot of The Outsider from Dishonored 2 on some kind of sacrificial altar. Had no idea what I was looking at until I moused over the image and saw the link, and still have no idea how it's related to the trope on account of having never played that game.
Also, given that The Outsider is, if I remember the first game right, a deliberately mysterious figure, I'm guessing from the context that it's also something of a spoiler.
