For something that's most definitely Shakespeare appearing in an obviously fictional setting, perhaps The LEGO Movie◊? Image quality isn't too good, but if someone can get a better screencap...

Two issues with this page image. One, it's an almost duplicate of the image that is used to illustrate the William Shakespeare page. Two, this page is supposed to be about Shakespeare's use as a Historical Domain Character—a Real Life portrait of the man does nothing to illustrate that.
There are a number of images we can use, like his appearance in Blackadder◊, but I don't think it's quite clear enough that it's Shakespeare unless you get the joke.
