Culprit messaged. Original pic for reference:
I can go either way in regards to the image.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportRevert. Old image is way less plain as far as logo pics go, plus current is probably a placeholder like OP mentioned.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Agreed. Until we get more information about the Switch game, I would say keep the old 3DS/Wii U logo. If the logo shown in the trailer happens to be final, which we currently don't know if it is, I am willing to switch (no pun intended) to the current, changed logo.

Revert for now.
Revert. Especially since the image they posted has so much white space.

Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)Maybe we could make it a more lively image like this?
Is there one that isn't awkwardly cropped?
Also, I know it's been suggested for other pages, but is it used?

Check out my fanfiction!@7: Not only is it cropped awkwardly (some characters have parts of them cropped out), the pic looks a bit busy. For me, just the logo is good enough.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportI say revert back to the previous image.
Your receipt. You can keep the freakin' change.Let’s go ahead with the revert pending something new when it comes out for the Switch.
Revert done. Left a link to this thread.
Cool, thanks. Locking up.
I noticed that the logo on the page was recently changed without discussion to the logo shown in the announcement trailer for the Switch game. I am not sure if we should be changing it at this time as the logo shown in the trailer may be a placeholder.
