Bumping this since it's been weeks since the crowner and there are 10 votes in favor of cutting. Should I go ahead with the wick cleanup and cut?

Yeah, cut it. A few recent cuts have also been done with relatively small amounts of votes, so I get the impression that vote count shouldn't matter as much as the amount of consensus if the consensus is heavily in favor of cutting.
