Yeah, I'm inclined to agree that this would work better as a Useful Notes page...if it's kept as a trivia item, it could possibly be renamed to Strike Casualty or Strike Victim and reworked to focus on the works themselves rather than focusing on the strikes.

Yeah, definitely not a trope, but as Another Duck says, it's often relevant to works. I'm not sure whether it should be trivia or a useful note, but I think it should definitely be one or the other.

Subtropes are specific forms of their supertropes. That's not inherently a problem. Troubled Production is very general about what kind of troubles, and having specific subcategories isn't an issue any way I see it.

Useful Notes works best here since it's typically pretty disconnected from specific works. The Trivia trope of Strike Casualty that Willbyr brought up is better off as its own thing.
